As the group finally started to get a good lead. The spider that seemed to blend in came to the living quarters of the Ancient Zuggurant. The spider felt that the room that he stayed in was absolutely disgusting. The spider continued on to where everyone was.
Her footsteps slow and precise. The echo was very evident to showcase her arrival. When everyone turned to the spider's arrival. They were indeed just a little shocked.
"It has not been long since we left. This there anything we can help you with?" Rex asked.
"I was just curious has to what you all had found in research. I know it would not have been much but I was still curious." The spider spoke.
"Well, the man was born under a weird moon. We know it is not the moon that Nature was destroyed and it's champion to fix it was the Ancient Zuggurant. He went to go see if it was for the Beastkin that he was born under." The shortest man spoke.
"Well, I was the Beastkin Champion before I became fully spider. I was born from a spider egg but my father was a human male. When I was birthed, the other spiders tried to fight against me at birth but I won the fights and devoured their bodies.
I kept a humanoid form with eight red eyes. When the deal with the Beastkin was done, my humanoid form or my spider form became my decision. So I took the spider form."
Rex was curious as to why she would choose her spider form.
"So, you are similar to the Ancient Zuggurant." The shortest man spoke.
Everyone turned their attention to him. Hearing that the two were similar was indeed weird. Yet, something more primal seemed to be work.
"Okay. One Male and three women. I take it you are a female. That is how female spiders do their business. For the Ancient Zuggurant, is the gender male or female?" Rex asked.
"That I do not actually know. Because his Nature aspect allows the Ancient Zuggurant to change between male and female." The shortest man replied sadly.
"So the man in the story either could change like the Ancient Zuggurant or the others could as well. The sister is not a representation of family love. She is the representation of the Realms instead.
There are four different realms. First, the Mortal Realm, second the Demon Realm, third the Heavenly Realm, and finally the Godly Realm.
The woman who killed the man is the representation of the Demon Realm. Because that Realm has been broken away. The Demon Realm killed the person who broke it away from everyone else.
Let us take it that way. The man would have to represent the Godly Realm. When he died, that either prevented people from easily reaching there or whatever race he was would never be able to there."
"Interesting. There is another problem that we need to look at as well."
Everyone turned their attention to the spider.
"What is difference between the four moons and why are there four just like Realms?"
"Seems like the Beastkin Champion as either outlived her usefulness or she is ready to die." An eerie voice echoed in the room.
Rex kept his eyes peeled around the spider. The spider instead just waited patiently. Her goal to fight when she can.
"Look into the reasons why the moons were born. If you can figure out that, I will spare the spider under the condition that she gets a slave collar around her neck. I'll give you five days because the information is locked under a dungeon. That dungeon requires a champion to open the door and another champion to lead a group inside.
I'll be generous. I'll only consider the time started once you all leave the dungeon. Of course, I also plan to see if you all just fail!"
The voice disappeared.
Inside the room silence filled the group. Whatever dungeon that they to look for it would not be easy.
"Shall be begin the preparation to enter the dungeon?" Rex asked.
Everyone nodded.
"I need a vial to collect some of your blood." Rex spoke to the spider.
"Oh, why is that?"
"I believe that all the blood will be needed. Whoever the voice belongs to said five days after we leave the dungeon. He also said that he believes that we will fail inside the dungeon. With only two champions how are we to ensure that we can fully achieve the completion. That also means that we will have to find the others champions as well."
Hearing that, the group believed that Rex was indeed telling the truth. The journey to find the other champions within the Seventh Realm was going to be hard and journey that would lead them to unknown locations to virtually everyone.
