A feeling of hopelessness filled the receptionist once the increase of gravity happened. Her once proudful walk in the last placentrance became a dreadful place. She hoped that she was not going to be left behind.
As for the two women of the lake, another feeling washed over them. That feeling was fear of the unknown. While living by their lake, the unknown is never there because they have access to their mom close by.
In the midst of already being in trouble. This made their day worst. When Rex cradled them in his arms. The feeling of love jolted through both of them.
Once the two ladies were cradled in his arms. Rex slowly walked back and allowed the receptionist to get on his back. Once the receptionist did, she felt the power behind a Demon King.
It was a strange feeling one that she would remember forever. As she felt the comfort of being near anyone demon king. The two women of the lake suddenly felt as if they were not in the proper place.
As they looked at Rex the feeling of his arms tightening made them rethink of their position. Looking back at the comfortable receptionist, the two realized that she was only doing her job. Now, they were stuck with dealing with the receptionist.
As the group slowly made their way to the arena. A feeling of dread flooded the two women of the lake. It was as if something could physically and mentally drain them.
Rex walked into the arena and crowds began to cheer. As they walked in and looked, there were no crowds, no beasts, not even a insect that anyone could see.
They turned and a woman was standing there seemingly out of nowhere. She smiled gently but to Rex this smile was not a good smile. To the women of the lake, this smile seemed to cause them to think that this woman was an enemy. The receptionist was ready to fight because she knew the reason for this woman appearing.
"Darling ladies, if you would so kind and fight those kings. I have to deal with him." The woman spoke.
The three kings from before appeared and Rex immediately stomped his foot and caused the Locust King and Wasp King to be sealed within the ground.
"Well, trying to help your women out?" The woman replied angered.
"Fire Qi: Fire Wave"
The wave of fire instantly burned the Fly King to death. The woman was not burnt in the slightest.
"You dare to kill one of my kings in front of me?" She glared the words to Rex.
In the next instant, Rex stomped his foot again and trees sprouted from where the other two kings were.
"Such a fine control of Qi. Now that means, I do not have to hold back." The woman replied.
A new Fly King appeared and this one was even stronger than the last one. A new Wasp King appeared and it looked like a tarantula hawk. The Locust King was simply not able to be found again.
Part of it is due to Rex having simply sealed it away in the tree making the woman think it was dead. Once the woman realized this she glared at Rex.
"Cocky now. Let me show you what true cockiness is." The woman replied.
Before she could even move Rex had her pinned beneath his foot. She now knew what she was facing.
"So this is a Demon King of Will now. Very well, I will now allow the past Demon King of Annihilation to all come and attack." She said.
The other two kings disappeared, the receptionist led the two women of the lake to a safe spot, and three demon kings all appeared.
Rex crushed the spine of the woman. She screamed loudly but no one was willing to listen. As the demon kings all looked at other. Rex knew that these guys were all near Demon God level in terms of Qi. Their natural strength would at least be of the Heavenly Realm. Who would know what their defenses were.
As the three demon kings decided to go out one by one. Rex was questioned by this because this was not now they were described.
"My name is Demon King of Annihilation the Second. I am the one who trained with the past hero to achieve my state and managed to successfully go one on one without being damaged."
Rex was glad that this was the first one. Now he would not have to worry about a lot and could actually fight decently without restraint.
"My name is Rex. I am the current Demon King of Annihilation and the one who formed the Rampage Art of the Demon King of Annihilation."
This news made the other Demon Kings all look at each other. This meant that either they had to go all out or try to suffer the least damage in this fight.
"I am the Demon King of Annihilation the Third. I request that you tell us your maximum Qi so that we can fight fairly."
