As Rex was in his thoughts about another baby right now. The baby dragon had already walked up to Rex. His eyes gleaming with joy has he wanted to lick Rex.
Like a grizzly bear trying to get ready for hibernation. How the bear will dig into the beehive for larvae and bees and occasionally get some honey. The baby dragon was in that same mindset as he licked Rex's leg.
A sudden burst of Qi filled the inside of the baby dragon. Has much has the baby dragon wanted to only have a lick. The sensation of Qi filling him to the brim was almost enough to get him intoxicated to that feeling.
When he tried to get another lick, Baby Wyvern gently placed him on her head. Her frown was very obvious but she had to keep the little rascal under wraps.
Instead of trying to lick Rex's leg like before. The baby dragon thought about his open arms and chest. Has such, he jumped towards Rex with the sole intention of being caught and licking Rex more.
Of course, Rex caught a glimpse of the baby dragon trying to get caught. This made Baby Wyvern very upset. Rex caught the baby dragon. Another lick on his arm caused the baby dragon to feel sleepy.
Being in such a comfortable position and having been filled with Qi. The baby dragon began to sleep. Rex felt that the baby dragon was increasing in weight much more rapidly in his arms.
Tempest Dragon brought his head down for the baby dragon. They needed to return to the mines for the night.
"Will you stay please?" The lady of the lake pulled on Rex's underwear.
Rex felt that this was indeed weird. The Lady of the Lake did not seem to worry about this.
"She is asking that you stay and learn more about her and your daughter. Of course, we having bedding and a way to keep your endurance up for days if you wish." The Lady of the Lake spoke.
Rex looked back towards Tempest Dragon and Baby Wyvern.
"Stay the night. Even I know not what will happen." Tempest Dragon spoke.
"Stay. I will watch over that brat." The feeling from Baby Wyvern got is conveyed.
Rex went with the lady of the lake while the dragons and wyvern went back to the mine.
Far in the sky
"A strange feeling is entering me." Wyvern thoughts were being clouded by the strange feeling.
"It is normal do not worry about it." The Tempest Dragon spoke.
Baby Wyvern looked back and nodded. They continued until they reached an open area. Once Tempest Dragon landed it was like being on a roller coaster and going upside down.
Baby Wyvern did not know to hold on for just a second longer. When she released, her mind became very disoriented.
"Rest for now. Someone will come help you to your cave shortly."
Baby Wyvern tried to stand up. Her body was not listening when it needed to.
She sat back down and tried to wait it out. Just a minute later, a small dragon gently went under Baby Wyvern and carried her to her small cave.
"Miracles do happen." Baby Wyvern thought.
Meanwhile
Inside the room with the dragons. Tempest Dragon gently laid the baby dragon down.
"Put a drop of blood on his back. That way it will help him evolve." Tempest Dragon spoke.
Holy Dragon did just that. It was not from the barrel but from his tongue.
"That is a pure drop." Holy Dragon spoke.
He had gotten just that drop to ensure that when the baby dragon evolves it has a greater chance of evolving properly.
Yeah, the Holy Dragon could have gotten it from the barrel. There is too much that could happen to be warranted to use his purest blood.
As baby dragon slept, his body began to shift. He had absorbed too much Qi from Rex. That made him ready to evolve. Since he did not have any type of Qi to evolve with. That had to be done with the blood from Holy Dragon has that was what they were trying to do anyways.
Thus the night passed without any problems. That night was rougher on the baby dragon than normal.
He saw mighty dragons that could battle and win. He also saw little dragons that would not do anything at all. When those little dragons got provoked, they could unlease power equal to the mighty dragons.
He remembered how much he liked being hugged by the women around Rex. Just like Baby Wyvern, the baby dragon also got the ability to change its form when he wanted to.
This made the baby dragon very happy. That happiness went straight into his evolution and that gave him the name that he was meant to have.
