As the night passed slowly, Mara felt the changes from her practicing her bloodline control. Each step taking too much time but a necessary time consuming venture. While asleep, she began to dream.
"Battle Maids, join the Fray!" Rex ordered.
She, War God, and Zahida all began to zip through strange looking shadows. Each of them killing hundreds within minutes of them joining.
"Continue forward!" Lilith ordered.
The demon army continued to push the bulk this army backwards.
"Show the power of our bloods!" Diablo roared.
A strange aura filled the sky. Thousands upon thousands of demons activing their true forms. While a few active members harnessed their bloodlines.
A giant demon cleaving massive shadow like people in half. A giant roar that seemed to announce the arrival of something more evil than most demons came.
Before Mara's dream could show her what it was. She felt herself being spun around. She saw her mother watching with evil eyes.
"Do not activate that blood now. Wait until you have true strength."
Mara did not understand and when she spun back around. A sword was being flung in her direction.
"Gasps"
Mara completely lost track of time while inside the dream. It had only been twenty minutes. Inside the dream seemed like hours of battle had already went by.
"I have to speak to father and Master Rex about this dream." Mara spoke in decision.
Something about her mother speaking still sent shivers down her spine. Something evil was inside that form of her mother.
She could not sleep because the image that kept appearing in her mind was more evil looking than normal.
Thus she decided to head on to speak.
She moved to Rex's room first. She did not want to knock and wake up the entire hallway. So she just entered and saw the original five awake and angered by her entering.
"I need to speak with Rex. A dream I had is something like a nightmare mixed into a bloodline awakening." Mara spoke what she felt.
They all gently fell into a not so peaceful sleep. Rex either already knew or would know when he wakes up.
Mara waited almost ten minutes. When Rex woke up, he felt that something was truly with Mara.
"Master Rex, I need to speak with you and my father." Mara spoke in a weird tone.
Rex took Mara to see her father. He was still trying to learn about the storms. He had old books that passed down through the previous Strom Gods. Each book entitling the rights and wrongs of storms.
Rex and Mara waited on him to finish the book. It was almost daybreak by the time he finished.
"Strom God." Rex spoke.
Strom God awakened from his daze in the books. As he turned around in shock, the scared look on his daughter's face explained everything.
"Mara, did you have a Bloodline Awakening Dream?" Strom God asked.
It was not a stressful or wrong thing to ask but it was stressful and wrong to reply to.
Her response was fearful. Strom God did not need to know more.
"Explain it."
Mara began to explain with the weird shadow people.
"Yes. They will invade and they are the enemy that I am preparing for." Rex replied during her talk.
That alone made Strom God believe that what Mara saw was indeed the Bloodline Awakening Dream.
"Mara, before you continue. We need to clarify some very important things.
First, what you experienced is your Bloodline Awakening Dream.
Second, whoever you saw in your dream that spoke directly to you. No matter if it was someone important in your life or not, those words are meant to either keep you from awakening or keep you from destroying yourself.
Lastly, if it seemed more of something. That is usually a tale sign that either you are on the wrong path or you are too far down the line to turn back."
Mara did not know what to think. It did seem to be more evil than anything to her.
"Can I tell how I feel about it?" Mara asked.
"Only if you are unable to move past it. Right now, it is scary. Nothing about that will change. Only thing that truly will change is your develop.
If you face it again and it seems you will not be able to move past it. By all means come to us and we will help you. Unfortunately, we cannot help you fight it. You will have to understand how to by allowing yourself to understand your bloodline.
Since your mother was a Succubi, I know that will be the majority of your blood. Since you have storms blood flowing through your veins as well, you will become a Mutant Succubi."
Rex thought about his blood.
"Since I am a Demon King, I should be able to calm down her raging bloodline if it is getting too out of hand by tonight."
Strom God thought about it. He was not against it nor for it. He knew that either way a major change was in for Mara.
Mara felt slightly since Rex said he would try to calm her if it got out of hand. She was scared and hoped that no one would get hurt. She knows people will deep inside.
"Unless she is trying to either avoid all people or she starts to attack others without any care should you try to stop her. This is her awakening and it will become either more hazardous for her or it will become obsolete."
Mara felt terrible about herself currently.
"My daughter, this test will not only make you a better woman but a wonderful Battle Maid. This awakening follows three steps. First, your current bloodline. That is always first and foremost. Second, any title you currently own. As many do not own titles, this is a major plus on your end. Lastly, if the Demon God allows you to awaken. Usually, he does not mind. When he does, terrible disasters always follow."
Since no disaster struck currently, Mara hoped that this would be a easy win if she can control her emotions.
