As the bandit army charged forward, their only wish was to bring down as many of the opposite side as possible. As for the remaining bandits who were apart of the village, they secretly sent out messages to try and get as many bandits as possible.
Since the Demon King was now here, the chances of either diminishing his prestige or weakening his armies was at an all time high.
Everyone of the bandits began chanting spells and equipping their swords with Qi to unlease devastation upon the armies as they were charging.
Rex did a simple stomp and shook the entire area. His simple step caused mass mayhem within all of the armies and village. This was not just Rex slowing down the enemy but calling for Poseidon as well.
With the village safe for now, Poseidon came up to Rex. He saw the bandit army is complete shambles as they either fell on top of each other or slipped and hit their fellow bandits.
"Make sure this mess is cleaned up." Rex ordered.
His demonic tone sent shivers down all of the people. It was like no other demonic tone heard of, a tone that easily commanded, was gentle to the one who was receiving the command yet harsh to everyone else, and powerful enough to shake the insides of the demons.
As the bandit army tried to retreat to better ground. Poseidon called upon his Water Qi to subdue the bandits. None of them were actually hurt just contained within water sleeves with only their heads above water.
Poseidon made it where the water did not cave in their chest. It would not allow them to move freely without being hurt.
As the army was finally subdued, the villagers who were already apart of the bandits sneak away during the chaos. Rex allowed them to leave to gather more of them.
As soon as the last of the bandits was put in a Water bubble. Rex ordered the army to advance to where the other bandits went. This shocked the armies because they did not notice them leave. Of course, they were ready to help and defend the honor of the Demon King.
As for the villagers, they too had to come. This was part of their punishment for betraying the village. Rex was going to show them what it truly meant to betray him and his family.
Finally at nightfall, the bandits got an extra hundred willing fighters. One of them was a spy sent from Diablo. He wanted to know more about what was going on.
A bird messenger arrived on Rex's shoulder and explained the situation.
"I see."
The bird disappeared. Rex just casually relaxed while waiting for the other bandit army to arrive. A shocking turn of events came as the bandit army declared that they were going to kill the Demon King.
The armies under Rex could no longer contain themselves. They charged into battle.
The villagers watched as the armies not only slaughtered the remaining villagers but all of the bandits expect for one. He was one who was forced to become a bandit.
The sheer amount of carnage made the villagers vomit until nothing was left and they still continued. The other bandits watched as their friends old and new get ripped limb from limb and tossed like a rag doll to others.
Cries of pain and sorrow, tears running like a waterfall, pleas of mercy, and much more came from the bandits.
As soon as the last bandit was left. Rex lit the bodies on fire. Not to provide a blissful fire on the bodies but to make sure that they could not be revived and take advantage of the village once more.
"This is what it means to be a bandit or to side with bandits. You all who are currently captured have two choices. You already have seen the second choice. For those who wish for it please announce it now." Rex spoke going back to his human form.
As the bandits and villagers all looked at Rex crazy. They knew what the second choice was and did not want that themselves.
"No one is responding to the Death of Bandits Call. As such, I presume everyone wants to do the first choice regardless of what it is." Rex announced again.
Thoughts of pain and torture ran through the bandits but nothing still made sense currently.
"Congratulations, you all have chosen to join my personal army. Each of you has decent training already but what will make this different is that all of you will be training under two powerful individuals." Rex rung a little bell and Strom God came up, "This man right here is Strom God. He will be your general. He too is currently training himself, so while you all are busy getting into shape, he is also training."
Everyone had different shocked expression. To hear that one of the most feared men in the entire Demon Realm is here without his storms and is under the control of the Demon King made too much nonsense.
"How is that possible? Should he not have the raging storms and powerful fists of destruction?" Several of the bandits asked.
"He does still have the powerful fists. His mentally state is not good right now. Once he recovers and as better strength, he will once again bring fear into the Demon Realm."
As Rex said this, Strom God felt that Rex was too nice to him.
"So prepare yourselves because from now on, we will all do the best we can." Rex said.
Poseidon would have to carry the bandits all the way back to Lilith's mansion for their training. Whenever he could not keep his Qi up, chains were placed around the least violent and least likely to leave bandits or villagers.
As they journeyed along, the number of them wanting to leave drastically fell because they knew nothing would save them once they crossed the border into Lilith's territory.
