As the duo of children went to follow Rex and War God. They were met with some interesting finds.
"Hey, Sissy is that a bug?" The boy asked.
"I honestly have no memory of it. It might be a new find." The girl replied.
It was a butterfly that the duo had found first.
"Hey Bubba is that a beast?"
"It is! I heard it is called a Bitch."
What they had found was a snake like beast that evades most detection Qi waves. Usually people's last words are "This Bitch!"
The duo continued and their find was a jumping fish from a small pond.
"Hey Sissy, is that truly a jumping fish or just a fish that jumped out of the water?"
"I believe it is simply a fish that jumped out of the water. We can go investigate it!"
As the duo got closer, a distinct clap was heard. This told the girl that it was indeed a jumping fish.
"Hey Bubba, I hear that if we can hold that fish for a minute we will become blessed! Go on ahead and try." The girl pushed him closer.
The boy caught the fish. As he was trying his hardest to keep it in his arms. A flash of light revealed a dragon.
"Foolish beings who cannot be blessed. I wish that you return my messenger to its proper place or I will have my revenge."
The boy chucked the fish back in the pond.
This angered the dragon because the messenger was now damaged almost to death.
"My poorest messenger. You have lived a long life, I shall bless you to become strong."
A flash of light descended on the fish. A new pseudodragon was born.
"I believe that form will be your greatest strength."
The duo of children were upset and to be rightfully so because they could not be blessed.
"We want blessings as well."
The dragon understanding how the blessings worked decided to bless them. He knew how much pain and suffering they were about to go through but if their caretaker wanted them to be fully blessed. It would become one of the greatest miracles of all time.
"I shall attempt to bless one of you. Any discomfort or worst shall not be returned to me or my kin. Unless you want a war!" He demanded.
"Bless Sissy, she needs the blessings more than I."
"No sir Dragon, bless Bubba I am too weak and fragile to be blessed."
The dragon decided to bless the girl.
A flash of light descended on the girl. A demonic scream from the likes of the Tenth Level of Hell descended on the area. The pain and suffering she went through broke her normal Qi veins and forced them into nothingness. What was a single moment for the outsiders, was almost an eternal punishment for the girl.
When the boy tried to touch his sister. A ray descended beside them. An angered looking woman wanted to destroy the dragon.
"You knew and still tried to bless these!" She said in a calm manner not wanting to vent her anger out.
"They wanted to be blessed. I did ask them not to return any discomfort or worst be returned to me or my kin. They were the ones asking for it, I did not want to give it to them. Besides, I had to give my messenger a new life in a pseudodragon form."
The woman was shocked. As she glared at the two children, their eyes told the truth.
"Foolish Children, I almost went to war because you two are not obeying me."
The boy let his head down. As for the girl, she could not make any heads or tails of what was going on.
"I am also partially at fault for not giving you such memories. As for now, go find that man. I have heard that it is Rex and the woman simply goes by War God, because that title belongs in the Nine Realms."
"Wait."
Everyone stared at the dragon.
"Can you at least allow me to try and heal the girl?"
"What good would that do?"
"She might become stronger, she could a dragonic person, or she might just die either way. At least she could become something better with me helping."
"Never."
"Please Momma!"
"NO!"
A thumbs up from the daughter was seen.
"You crazy daughter! I already have to spend so much in recovering you. If you die, I will have to expend even more."
"She will die. You and I both know that."
A standoff happened between the two.
"Fine! If she does die, I want a dragon egg that I can use as a replacement."
"If she dies, I will allow the use of an unfertilized egg. It cannot be a fertilized egg or we will go to war."
The woman was angered with fury. She wanted it to be fertile.
"If Sissy dies, she will at least die while holding me."
As if the world stopped moving for a moment. The love between the two was so real for these behemoths that even they could not believe it.
"Such powerful connections."
The dragon began to try a theory out.
A flash of light descended on the boy.
The woman became so furious that she did not care about War anymore.
As the light faded, the two children were happily merry again. The woman could not figure out what happened.
"These two have sold their beings to each other. Whatever one wants, the other will get. By me trying to bless only one, she got the suffering end. I did not try to bless the boy, it was just a light show. That light show made the duo seem to both become blessed." The dragon spoke telepathically.
The woman was just as shocked as the dragon was about speaking of these.
"I will have to return the favor of trying to bless the boy. As for now, they will be fine. I will try to turn them, if they desire so, if they want the truth you have to give it to them. Also, grant me a messenger that will not easily be damaged this time."
The woman had a scorned look but took a fish and made it to be the dragon messenger and she allowed it to only be damaged by the dragon himself.
