War God felt the saying was indeed true. She hoped that would allow him to freely allow them to go instead of being forced to stay.
"What happens when he doesn't want them to leave?" War God asked.
"Depends on them." Rex answered truthfully.
If he was holding them hostage, Rex was willing to slaughter the Maintainer. If all of them had decided to stay and he was trying to protect them, Rex would abide by their decision.
"I have a feeling that they do not want to stay." War God stated.
Rex held her in his arms has they gently walked up the spiral walk way. When they arrived, a maid was being abused. This maid was the one who tried to seduce Rex. He knew that this was not his place to help her or damage her more. Instead, he walked over.
"Did she repent of her behavior?" Rex asked the beater.
"Not to stop the beating." The beater said.
"Enough." Rex told the beater.
The beater looked into Rex's eyes only to see the fire deep within his eyes. The beater took three steps back feeling that his life was on the line.
"Did you repent for trying to seduce me?" Rex asked.
"I plead to you to make the beating stop." The maid asked.

Rex glared at the beater. The beater disappeared into the darkness of the castle.

Tears of happiness began to fall. No one had ever wanted her. Even the Ninth Realm Maintainer could do nothing but hold her here.
"What do I need to do as my normal services?" The maid asked.
Rex allowed War God to speak.
"First, if you cannot give him the satisfaction that he deserves lose all hope of becoming a true Battle Maiden." War God stated.
The maid went over to Rex and began to lick the sombering vein. As the time went on, nothing she could do awakened it.
The maid felt tears swelling up but she held on. She was not going to lose hope. This was precious to her. She did not want to lose it.
Even trying her hardest, the vein could not awaken the force. She stood up and using her bare thighs, she tried to help the vein. Rex felt the wetness starting to build up from the maid.
