Once the birds had been killed. The Sect Masters and Elders decided that they would kill the beasts and villagers even if they had to gather the other Sects to do so.
They were not going to at first but seeing that someone meant harm to then. They were going to fight back without any thought.
Once the Sect was officially taken over. The first thing that the girl did was have her partner go into the tallest building with her.
"I hate that kind of blood." She spoke visibly shaken.
"Why are you so frightened? Have you never seen the outside world?" The beast asked.
"I will tell you a secret. If you promise not to tell anyone, I can give you knowledge of something so evil that it makes even beasts look cute." She said.
The beast was so surprised. It had never occurred to it that something could be so evil in his lifetime. Looking at the girl who was still visibly shaken. The beast nodded and gave its response.
"For now on, I shall name you Rex. In the language of the ancients that means King. You will be a King in life no matter how long it takes. I WILL VOW TO KEEP THIS VOW DEEP WITHIN MY SOUL!" The girl shouted.
The glow of her skin became pink color, than a shade of black. Once she had the glow go away.
"What colors did you happen to see?" The girl asked.
"It was a shade of a weird red and than black." The Beast named Rex said.
"I have some bad news. That means that we will become separated. I do not know when but the evil inside of me said that a shade of Pink, which is a variant of Red, means safe for now. Black means a shade of Death coming." She cried.
The beast had no idea how to respond to a crying girl. Yet, it felt determined to hold off until it could fight evenly with whoever it could.
"Darling, every person eventually dies. Even Immortals die facing other Immortals. Do not be sad that we will be separated. For one day, we will be linked back together and be partners once again. I cannot say that you will be such a good person to Mate with in the future or that I will be. Remember, only those who try will be able to stand at the top. I give my word to stand at the top using whatever means I have to." The Beast known as Rex replied.
"You are truly the best!" She was no longer sad while speaking.
This would become her favorite moment in life even through the good times in the Heavenly Realm. She would recall the smell in the building, the smell of her darling, and the voice of the beast.
The duo watched a sunset that night. It was more beautiful than even the sunrise. The way the sunset and made sure that those who needed to be asleep were.
For those who needed to wake up were starting to go into a frenzy. There was nothing stopping the duo from having a good time that night.
They returned with a jolly laughter that usually comes near the end of year with the snow falling and the sounds of winter.
Even the next day was truly uneventful as she had to figure out what everything was. She was not going to have her family and friends be in trouble because of her.
"Time to return." She said.
The group slowly started making their way back home. One man was still alive because of his skills. That man being alive is what turns the village into a slaughterhouse.
The village became restless has the feeling of dread overcame the villagers. Even the girl knew something bad was headed their way.
She closed her eyes.
"Beware of the time to prove yourself is at hand." The evil inside of her spoke.
"REX!" The girl shouted.
The beast came forward.
"We need to talk." The duo went to the highest point so that the villagers did not hear her.
"The evil inside of me spoke to me. It said that the time to prove myself is at hand. I do not want anyone to die and much less get hurt." She began to tear up.
The beast locked eyes with her.
"This evil inside of you. Can it reincarnate my Soul?" He asked.
She nodded.
"Good. If I die, will the evil reincarnate me into the future to where the most evil of times are? That will be my way of saving you the pain of having to deal with trouble for a long time."
The girl asked the evil inside.
"Under two conditions will I provide what the two of you want."
The girl wanted it no matter what.
"First, you will not be able to marry him, Soul Mate him, or become a concubine. At most you will become something more evil in the eyes of the people who have more power."
The girl was visibly shaking both talking with the evil and the outside world.
"For those who know the true term, that will be for later. Since he is fighting for you, you will do the same for him."
The girl asked for the name of the title.
"That title is Battle Maid."
She had heard of that title before. Here, she felt as if the Soul within her Soul left. Leaving nothing but empty shells within empty shells.
Even the evil inside of her knew how scary that term is.
"If he is able to reincarnate into that time and defeat that evil. While you are still alive, you will be able to ask for a blessing from me. I cannot guarantee that you will. Know this, nothing is always black and white. So for now on, make sure that you live up to my name La Vie."
That night the girl spoke her name in front of the village. A barrier breaking sound was heard. She turned to see thousands upon thousands of people at their doorstep.
"IN THE NAME OF THE HEAVENLY REALM, I HEREBY DECLARE YOU TRAITORS AMONG THE LIVING!" La Vie shouted.
A battle happened. The beasts were quickly slaughtering the lower ranks. This is what the Elders wanted. For the beasts to wear themselves out and the higher ranking disciples to kill them.
In the midst of the higher ranking disciples, large amounts of dirt sent them flying into their deaths by being crushed.
As the battle continued, the first beast fell and killed more disciples than while it was fighting. Slowly more and more of the disciples began to die.
The finally beast came down which was Rex. He lit up the ground with fire and wiped out most of the Elders and disciples. Three Elders survived and the Sect Masters from the other Sects arrived. Seeing that the battle was not yet over and that the villagers was still intact made them angry.
