Once another day passed, the younger sister finally began to wake up. Rex was pleased to see her moving. That was not all, her Demonic Qi had actually caused her legs to look demonic.
"Congratulations, you must have had a wonderful sleep!" Rex said happily.
In her eyes, Rex was not being too happy. As such, she did not want Rex to stay. It was not that she could not force Rex out. Her body would not allow her to.
After trying to move, she did not want to be stuck in bed like this. She knew she had no other choice.
"It is okay. The problem itself lies within the knowledge of not knowing your Demonic Father. Now that your body as registered who the father is. Your body will began to heal quicker, some demonic traits will appear, and you will be faced with a choice." Rex told her.
She shook her head in a disagreeing manner because she felt that this was wrong. Before she could attempt anything, Rex used his Demonic Qi to put her back to sleep.
"The bad times that come our way." Rex spoke softly.
The older sister saw the way how her younger sister acted and wanted nothing more than to fight Rex. She knew he was correct, why? Because he had already been correct.
Once Rex did that, he headed towards the counter at the shelter. When it was his turn, he told the counter lady to keep his room active.
As for the other room, have the cleaning people take everything to his room. He had to take care of a certain business and should be back within a week. If not, to wait and someone with him will pay for the room.
She accepted. Rex headed off towards the cave with the bandits.
It took two days to enter the cavern and then Rex began to stalk the bandits inside.
Meanwhile
"Sister, would mother approve the fact of allowing Rex to learn the technique." The younger sister asked..
"Of course not. Will that stop you from giving him the technique?" The older one replied.
"No." The younger sister said.
"Make sure to take responsibility when he comes back. I do hate the bastard but at least he his nice."
"I do not believe so. He just needs to be understood better."
As the duo talked. Their stuff arrived with a maid who had been beaten. The girls began to ask why she had been beaten.
The maid spoke about when a man wanted to have her and her former husband was able to defend her. The next day bandits raided them.
The man came and beat her. He never touched her but instead beats her at night for having the audacity to fight against him.
The sisters took this chance to figure out where the man lives. The maid pointed out the cave system where Rex currently was.
"Hopefully, he too will die." Thr sisters silently prayed.
Rex actually found the man to be somewhat different. He swiftly killed him using the torture tools he used against the maid.
