Once the girl had her fill of Rex. The group went to where the bandit hideout was. To his surprise, a cemetery came into view.
A notification came up.
"Conquer the Spectors of the Lost Cemetery"
"Option one: Announce your name and title and get the Spector King into view.
"Option two: Use the silent treatment to kill every Spector around the cemetery."
"Rewards"
"Option one: Get control of every cemetery within the first five Realms."
"Option two: The acknowledgement that you were able to defeat a Spector King."
Rex looked at the rewards and he was not going after the second one.
"I know it is lame for the Demon King to control the cemeteries within the first five Realms. However, I do not want to destroy the cemetery. People do need to visit their lost loved ones." Rex silently thought.
The girls were ready to fight. Rex pointed them to the ground.
"Spectors of the Lost Cemetery. I hereby declare my presence, the New Demon King, Rex." He spoke in a tone befitting royalty.
The Spectors all came around trying to figure out if he was telling the truth or not. When he finally took a step. Rex unleased his Demon King Aura.
This caused the Spector King to come out of a sealed tomb. This Spector looked like a barbarian from the armor-like protective covering.
"My name is Yi and I am a barbarian from these parts. Who dares to interrupt my sleep?" Yi declared.
"I am Rex, the new Demon King. I am here to discuss what it will take to get you under my command." Rex replied.
Yi was actually interested in Rex. Being a normal barbarian Yi would not have had good intelligence. Once he became a Spector, the previous strength remained and the intelligence increased. The only downside to him currently is his one shot annihilated to any of his weak spots.
"I have transcended a normal Spector upon my birth. I became a Spector King. My rule has and will be with by my hands.
I mean no offense. I will not allow myself to become smaller than what I was. I will become stronger and smarter to survive. Tell me, why do you wish to have me under your control?" Yi asked.
"I need strength to protect what I cherish. Also, by gaining your support, I also gain the ability to control a small powerful force that can come close to equaling a Warlord Ranked Beast.
Although, our strength would not be even close. I still wish to talk and get you under me. However if you have to fight, then fight we will. I will be the victor." Rex said.
The girls were shocked to hear such words. Never once has anyone tried to get the Spectors under their control. Secondly, to be able to match a singular Warlord Beast with so little Spectors would be a living nightmare for most big cities.
"Very well, I will await for you to enter my chambers to talk. I will not guarantee the talks will be successful. If you truly know you will be the victor even with the strength of a barbarian. I will not judge. If you believe that a barbarian will not stop if you try to lie your way out of this.
Mark my words, 'I will use my entire Qi supply and every Spector around to give you a one headshot so powerful that nothing will survive.' Do we have a clear understanding."
Rex nodded. Yi entered into his tomb.
Rex got the women and told them to enter into a creepy house. The house looked like it was falling apart and nothing but dead bodies would be inside.
Upon opening the door, the girls found that Spectors had cleaned the house really good. To them all the dust had already been wiped. What it was is the Spectors bodies naturally hold a little dust so that their skeletons remain hard even through the years.
As the group was dealing with those. Rex had just sat down in what looked like a stone chair. That chair had just been cut of stone by the Spectors.
"What does this relationship hold for the two of us?"
