Inside the town, the women felt Qi being moved rapidly. Usually this is because Tamer's have to use their Qi to control the long distance of their tame(s).
Without waiting, the group split into two. Iris, Amber, and the two extra women and Liz, Margaret, and Violet.
Meanwhile inside the town
"So where did these women come from?"
"Boss, we only know that most of these women are the daughters and maids of the Big Three Sects."
An eerie silence fell on the dark room.
"Make sure that the progress in the Seventh Realm is going smoothly."
"Yes Boss."
Several steps could be heard.
"I am sorry but you have always been loyal to me. It seems like it will end shortly."
A crystal ball was being held and the monster wave seemed to move according to the ball.
"Have no fear. For I shall always be loyal to you. Even if they pry the information out of me with the Pill of Knowledge and Loyalty. I will always be loyal in my heart."
The Pill of Knowledge and Loyalty would reveal who and what loyalty you have. It was used mainly in kingdoms to make sure that the noble(s) in question would be loyal to the king and/or queen. If not, a swift death followed.
What made the pill so bad was that demons used it to change loyalty. This caused the Pill of Knowledge and Loyalty to get a bad reputation.
So now a days, it is almost illegal to make and own. Although scholars and the Big Three Sects are not banished from using and owning. It is from any side branch Sect and lower than the Ninth Realm.
In the room, tears could be heard flowing. Outside the room, the boss could feel the tears rolling down. The boss had to keep up the strict boss act in front of the others.
"I shall make this town mine."
A devilish glint went across the boss's eyes.
Outside the town
Rex could feel the monsters movement being controlled. He knew that the owner(s) had to be feeling extremely bad at this moment in time due to his explosion.
He was not in the mood to kill any person currently. So he decided to create an Earth Qi dome around the monsters. So he did, and the monsters could not physically create enough impact on the dome to damage it.
Rex entered the town. He could feel the gazes of hostile forces on him. What made him feel regret was that the townsfolk were actually cursing him.
Rex being a nice person could not effectively not say no. He at least wanted to understand why this was going on.
He tried to move towards the City Hall. The townsfolk threw vegetables at him. Rex felt the humiliation from them. He still wanted to know why the monsters were attacking.
A vegetable was flying when Violet arrived next to him. The vegetable hit Violet in the shoulder.
Rex felt the anger inside him roar like a caged beast ready to kill once the cage opened. Rex let out his Demonic Qi. The townsfolk became scared and nearly pissed themselves.
"If...anyone...else...throws...a...vegetable...at...my...future...wives...I...will...destroy...and...kill...everyone." Rex spoke angrily.
He went from using Mortal Qi to Demonic to Heavenly to Godly and then to the otherworldly Demon.
Sensing that the man was a fortified demon blessed by the heavens. The townsfolk tried to get Rex to leave.
Rex had just about enough when the mayor came out.
"Thank goodness, please allow me to feed you supper." When the mayor spoke this, he had evil intentions behind his eyes.
"I see now why the townsfolk were allowing the monster wave to rampage. That is because you yourself are evil. At least a monster wave could kill you." Rex said.
Rex currently had no intentions of releasing the monster wave.
The mayor felt that his dignity had been spit on. Before he could make a statement, Rex used the Nature Qi to make the mayor enter the dome with the monster wave.
Rex continued forward. The townsfolk worshipped the heavens for allowing a demon to take human skin. This truly made Rex mad.
He did not mind the people thanking him for the deed. Worshipping the heavens for a demon in human skin, that made Rex truly think he this town needed to be destroyed.
Meanwhile
"The mayor is dead." The person holding the crystal ball said.
As if the bells rang on a wedding day at the local church. People were happy and praising the heavens for whoever killed the mayor.
"Seems too good to be true." The boss said.
"But it is." The crystal ball showed the monster wave ripping the mayor apart toe by toe then finger by finger. All the way until his flesh was no longer able to be seen anywhere in the dome.
"We need to thank the person for killing the mayor."
"Well, the townsfolk are worshipping him as a demon sent from the heavens."
"That is even decent person if I ever saw one."
The crystal ball showed what happened. Even the tone change between the wording.
"Not just an ordinary fella, but this man has the authority to move mountains."
Before the group could continue. Rex opened up a door and the group felt his presence on the other side.
The could feel Rex glaring at them. As if he was not interested in causing mass mayhem. Rex walked out.
"We have to do this." The boss said.
Meanwhile
"That group was not only more townsfolk but also the people who are trying to take over." Rex said.
Violet was wondering what they should do.
"Leave them be. We will teleport the monster wave far away. At least this should put enough strain on them to come out and talk."
Rex did just that. He raised the ground underneath the monster wave and caused the monster wave to be on the brink of the controller's Qi range.
The person holding the crystal ball placed the ball down and allowed the monsters to be free again.
This caused Rex to understand what happened. He kept his Qi inside the dome. He felt true pity for the monsters. He released them and forced them away from each other.
"Now then, shall we talk?"
