I know you are wondering how the fairies helped the daughter. Well, there were a couple of times actually.
The first time, when she pregnant with her fifteenth child. The reason for her having so many children was because she had to get the business back from the person whom her father sold it to.
The only way to get it back was to have twenty children. Although, she agreed. The tole on her body was great. During the last pregnancy, she almost lost the child.
She could tell this pregnancy was not going well even after a three week rest after getting pregnant. The fairies saw her troubles. They blessed the child to be born.
The fairies went to the person and found that he would not sell the business even for all the money in the world.
They cursed the person. Right after the child was born, he died to a cat attack on his way to the dragons.
Although, the dragons knew the man would die. They still wondered and asked if the man had left the Baron's city.
When the carriage was found. The city was upset that the carriage was mainly destroyed. The guards that were on duty had got told to help some livestock be returned to their fence.
The livestock that got out was the person's favorite meat. He did not want anything happening to his routine of having steak for dinner.
Once the man had died, the daughter was thankfully able to get the business back. Most people inside were happy to hear that she was offered the position back.
Her massive family held dear to her. The man might have been evil but at least evil had good babies.
The children grew up around good folks. Only when their father died, did the daughter give the chance for her children to become wealthy merchants.
The eldest broke part of the business into the carpentry business. The man who was teaching his son how to do it got a visit from the daughter's eldest. When the two children sat down, they decided that the two of them would take a 40-40-20 deal.
Each of them taking 40 while the main branch gets the 20. Even the daughter was surprised at her child's good thinking.
The eldest still thought of siblings while they can still partake in the business like usual. The eldest only wanted to deal with this side of the business.
The second eldest wanting to look like the eldest did the same with the blacksmithing. Same deal and everything, the people in the town were pleased to see how much growth the town could have like this.
Although, the baron town was small. The number of coins was always limited. Unless people wanted to go venture out and try to bring back stuff to make the city better.
So, the third through the tenth child decided to take most of the soldiers and split them. What they decided to do was venture into past towns and try to get whatever they could to bring back.
As such, the carpenters and blacksmiths worked hard on several new carriages and horses for them. When the time came, all of them left with the same number of soldiers and carriages.
This would leave the baron city defenseless but a promise from the daughter to give half of the gold and valuables to the dragons was enough for them to keep the city safe.
Child number four came back first. This one chose a town pretty close because the soldiers wanted to go help their comrades if possible.
When the spoils came back. There was very little gold. The cleanest pile only consisted of twenty pieces. The worst pile had almost one hundred.
To remake the coins, the baron currently could not refine it properly. This upset the dragons. Since the tenth and ninth sibling both were close to the former capital. They decided to both visit and try to get the blacksmithing and carpentry tools.
The dragons decided to help the daughter. They had already trusted her once and she did not fail them. The dragons left the pure ones for the town.
If the dirty ones could be cleaned again. They were naturally going to take more. This pleased both the town and the daughter. Currently, she was seven months pregnant when the decision came about.
So another month passed and the daughter had too much going on. She had to stay in the house. Maids wearing nothing but shady strings was currently going about the house.
This was not the daughter's idea but the fourth child.
She was more interested in seeing nude women. For whatever reason, she found the scent of a woman in heat more pleasurable than most.
When she finally went after a maid, she got called into the daughter's room. The child did not hold back the maid but glared at the direction of her mother's room.
Since the fairies had already blessed the daughter. The child and her would be safe. The fourth child did not know. Upon hearing a command from her mother. The daughter secretly grabbed a curved knife and put it in her back pants.
When the fourth child entered her mother's room. A frown was on her face.
"Darling, why did you ask the maids to wear such strings?" She asked worried for her daughter's sake.
"I enjoy looking at their naked bodies, and the scent they produce is overwhelming mother." She replied happily.
Although the mother was happy for her daughter. She was also worried for her safety.
"Please just be safe. I do not want you to get hurt." She cried.
"Mother it will all be fine." The daughter replied.
The facial expression the child gave to the daughter was one that her father gave when the daughter was in extreme pain.
"Just rest easy." The child replied.
The daughter felt the aura of the dead male within her child. Tears of sorrow fell slowly as the child tried to kill her mother and unborn child.
Instead, she felt something go through her. When she looked down, a sword was through her breast. When she turned, she saw her elder brother had shoved a new sword into her chest.
This started a sibling rivalry that would only leave the first, second, fifteenth, and tenth child alive.
