Tiamat sent Rex to the next world. She knew that this world was one that the Shadow People could not control. That would not always be the case.
"That world is famous for the strong to thrive and the weak to perish." Tiamat told Mera and Mira.
The duo could only hope that Rex was strong enough to fight against the powers of that world.
Rex appeared in the sky above. It felt like he was not flying at all. Without a cloud underneath him, he knew the physics of this world was off.
"I can only hope to enjoy what little I can." Rex thought.
He began to think of where he wanted to go. His body just moved along with it. He was truly terrified of what was happening. Currently, he had no problems. He just allowed what happened to happen, for now.
Far above him, a bird seemed to merge with the sky currently. This bird was keeping tabs on Rex.
Rex came upon the only mountain in the world. Staring at it, he felt that this was Mount Everest for this world. Thus, he began to climb.
A pressure seemed to increase on him every ten meters. It was not affecting him in the slightest. He knew he had to continue upwards.
The bird watched as the pressure would increase on Rex. Rex would just continue upwards.
"Your pants will reveal what you truly are." The bird thought and flew away.
The bird knew that Rex would make it to the top. It was not sure how the Shadow People would make it to the top currently.
When the bird reached the top, it declared for time to be five minutes that Rex would travel up the mountain.
Thus, the bird just had to wait. It would ravish the moment when it could finally kill a Shadow Person once.
Rex began to climb. The more he climbed, the harder it became. It was not the pressure that was affecting him. It was trying to avoid stepping in holes and listening for creatures to come out and attack him.
He found a small cave. He sat down and began to cultivate. As he cultivated, he felt that his Qi was beginning to change. He did not know why or how. He just continued to cultivate.
Finally, Rex felt that he could now use Wind Qi. He had not felt this kind of power before. Just a simple whip of his hand and a powerful gust exploded around the mountainside.
Most of the Shadow People around the mountainside were instantly killed.
This made Rex feel truly alive again. He had not been able to completely feel so much emotion in such a while.
"For now onwards, I will use this Wind Qi to increase not only weapon damage but to speed myself up." Rex vowed.
He would only use this new Qi when he would use any kind of weapon. Simply because it was worth it. Not only that, most assassins would use Wind Qi anyways. This was something that Rex would forever treasure.
Rex continued to climb. When he finally reached the too, he found a majestic bird waiting for him.
"Pull down your pants to reveal what you truly are." The bird commanded.
Rex thought that he missed heard what the bird was asking.
"Are you sure you want me to take off my pants? I am quite proud of my little snake." Rex said.
The bird could not feel enough embrassassment nor anger to qualify for a Universal Title of Pure Shamelessness.
The bird used its talons to pull down the pants. When the bird saw the sleeping snake. It felt that it should have listened to Rex.
"What brings such a friend of Tiamat's to this notorious world?" The bird asked.
"I am here to rescue whoever is in charge. I have found a couple of others already and sent them to another World. Currently, the duo seen to get along just fine." Rex said.
"Whatever." The bird said.
The bird grabbed Rex and saw what it actually could do in combat. The bird seemed to understand that killing the Shadow People is always the greatest idea.
When Rex saw that people were still living happy lives. He decided to take them back to Earth. Why? Too much work needed to be done in order to prepare for the arrival of the original people of Earth.
"Shall we take all of them together?" Rex asked.
"They are all farmers and have no life besides growing crops and raising livestock. Are they truly what you want to take with you?" The bird asked.
"Of course." Rex answered.
"I shall speak to them tonight to see if they want to go or not." The bird said.
The duo returned to the top of the mountain. Through it shamelessness, the bird kept its promise but would think about the little snake hidden away.
"Such disgrace." The bird thought.
It was trying to talk to the people down below and would have to close its eyes in order to do so. When the eyes were shut, the memory of that little snake would keep appearing.
Finally, the bird was able to get through it and see the townsfolk. One by one, the bird would talk through shrines made by humans in order to talk to the majestic leader of the creatures.
When the last town gave its answer. The night had almost passed.
"I better sleep on the decisions made." The bird thought.
Upon resting, a dream where people fixed broken houses and saved millions of people was dreamt. The best part was that more people would get protection just because of this wonderful decision done by it.
On the flip side, the dream showed it that the worlds would get destroyed if the people here would not go.
Upon waking up, the bird felt the need to flap Rex down because he allowed it to sleep almost till noon.
