After a relaxing night, Rex was woken up to the sound of Demon Drums. These drums made sure to let humans know that they are not here for war.
The women started breakfast. Due to the drums, their hearts beat faster with each second. Most of them understood that the demons were coming peacefully expect for one.
"Why such terrible music?" The Nine Tailed Queen asked.
"Demons are coming where humans reside. So they have to respectfully announce it. Since they use drums for war, they decided to use drums for this. The War Drums sound a 'million' times better." Lilith answered happily.
"Well, it is just me or are they getting closer?" The Nine Tailed Queen asked.
"The envoy has to beat the drums until they reach their destination. So it means they will beat until they reach the house we are currently in." Lilith replied.
The Nine Tailed Queen heard it for one more minute before she went to stop it. When she appeared next to the Demon Envoy, her growls made them shudder and stop.
"Anymore and I will grind you to dust." She growled.
"We are looking for Demon King Rex. Will you please guide us to where he is located?" A subordinate of one of the council members asked.
"Stay here. I will come back once breakfast has been eaten. If you move, it will be declared as war on Eden." The Nine Tailed Queen angrily replied.
The subordinate gulped his saliva. He made sure that not a single demon moved. He at least allowed them to get comfortable sitting on the dirt ground out of everyone's way.
When the Nine Tailed Queen returned, she had an extremely happy face. She was not having to hear the bad drumming.
Breakfast had been eaten and the group turned to see the direction where the demons were. To be certain, Lilith went with the Nine Tailed Queen to make sure that the Demon Envoy was not looking for her.
Upon seeing how beautiful Lilith was, the group of demons felt that they had forever lost the chance to stick whatever they had into her.
"Mistress Lilith, it is a pleasure to see you." The subordinate replied.
"Yes, it is always a pleasure to see me. Tell me why did this envoy come to the Third Realm?" Her voice became evilly demonic.
This sent shivers down everyone's spine. The Nine Tailed Queen also felt that this was a special voice. She wanted to listen to it more and get comfortable with it.
"We have come to speak with Demon King Rex." The subordinate took ten minutes to say in front of Lilith.
This was partial because of her evilly demonic voice and the other due to the anger in her eyes. It seemed like the hearts and Souls were being ripped apart of each and every demon.
"Follow. If anyone dares to harass my husband, not even the Demon God will save you from my WRATH!" Lilith empathized the last word.
The demons knew that she was speaking the truth. So they followed behind quietly and without fail. So when the group arrived at the house.
"Wait while we see what Rex is doing." The Nine Tailed Queen ordered.
The demons stood straight in military fashion. Each one wanting to see how their king was doing, why he saved the three beasts, and why no one could touch Lilith.
When they entered the house, with Amber's and Margaret's permission, they saw the full view of Rex's women.
Lilith and the Nine Tailed Queen on each side of his on the couch. Iris sitting on Rex's right leg with Lilith beside her. Liz sat on Rex's left leg with the Nine Tailed Queen beside her.
Ophiuchus currently massaging Rex's shoulders. Violet sat between Rex's legs almost ready to get a quickie in.
The demons immediately knew the women were special and surprisingly lovely. What made them fear was the wrath that would come from their Demon King.
"You are truly a massive and generous king, Demon King. We do need to ask a few questions. Are you currently free?" A side member of the group asked.
"No. Currently I am building a city, trying to get extra Soul Mate Quests, and preparing for the next major event in the Nine Realms." Rex answered.
Everyone's jaw dropped at the sentence. This made the demons know why the beasts were placed in the Demon Realm.
"Can we please talk about the next event?" Another demon asked.
"The next event will be the worst event in the Nine Mortal Realms. Not only because I stopped this event from becoming worst. The place I saw looked exactly like a place where we have currently been."
Rex did motion towards the five and Lilith, "The place was truly special because it is something that I want to see again. The problem is that I had to use everything in my Demon King form to even rock the world the figure that was trying to influence my daughter. I had to use everything to keep my focus on that person to even see him or her. Even when the shadow disappeared, it was only a skeleton left."
Rex took a breath and closed his eyes, "Even with all the power and focus on the person. I know the next place that wants to invade will be even stronger and have the power to hold me back. I cannot allow this happen. So I have to make extra steps to not only increase every Realm's strength but my own also."
When Rex had spoken. The entire group felt that something was off with Rex. The way he spoke was like he already knew the calamity that came was mildly strong but this felt that Rex had known it should have been worst.
The biggest thing that made the group feel uncomfortable is that Rex's voice was shaky. Anytime a voice is shaky, something is extremely bad or about to happen. Since Rex said the next calamity, they truly wondered if everyone should prepare for a battle that will crush the Realms.
"What kind of force do we need to prepare for?" Another demon asked.
