The little new fox has gotten used to seeing and feeling each of the women and their Qi. This made the little fox want to explore the what was outside.
The little fox seemingly trying to explain what it wanted. Rex could feel what it wanted more than the mother.
"You can explore the city. You must have someone with you at all times." Rex said.
The shaking of the hips made the Nine Tailed Queen understand what was being said.
"Of course it be voted on. Do you want the vote to be everyone or would you rather choose one yourself?" The Nine Tailed Queen replied.
The shaking of hips once again was done.
"Alright. We will vote but I am out because I am still not feeling too good. I do not understand why." The Nine Tailed Queen spoke.
"I will talk to Mera and Mira about this. I will also be out of this vote." Rex answered.
Although two people were out that the little fox wanted more. Seeing that the mother was sick and that the father was trying to heal the mother. It gave a nod of satisfaction to know that love was inside the house.
The vote downstairs started. There were three questions to see who got the most votes to shorten the list.
The first question was who spent the most time with the newborn fox?
The second question was how knew the city the best?
The final question was who had not spent their time with Rex certainly?
Once the questions got down. The vote came down to the maids. They had spent three hours together with the fox. They knew the city inside and out. The time was not theirs yet to be by Rex.
Before setting off, Rex at least gave the common curiosity to at least leave with the baby and maids.
The first stop was to the platform where Rex would talk to Mera and Mira. The newborn fox waved bye to its father using all Nine Tails.
Rex waved back. The fox felt a surge of Heavenly Qi inside of it.
The four went to explore the city. Rex had already asked for them not to go inside the Temple of Unholy. They could go across the bridge and around the perimeter. That was all.
That was their next stop. The little fox wanted to go inside. They said to do it with father. The little fox agreed. Although unhappy unable to enter. Hearing that some father and child time together could change the fact.
The group entered the Adventurer's Guild. Inside the little fox found special items that made its heart glow.
"No, I know you want it. That is for decoration not for use." Bella said.
The little fox had big teary eyes.
"Why be content with something small? Father could get something major for you." Bella finished.
The little fox looked at the decoration. The little fox thought it was huge but to their eyes small and father could get something even better.
It longer set its eyes on the stuff around the city. If father could get bigger and better items, why settle for small?
The day went smoothly for the group of four.
Meanwhile
"Why is the Nine Tailed Fox still feeling bad?" Rex asked the Goddesses.
"Because that child will either force the calamity to be worst or to be significantly better. With the child roaming, it is a matter of time before the calamity sets its eyes on it." Mira responded.
"So, what would be the best thing to do?" Rex asked.
"Hope that Death and that fox do not meet until the calamity hits. If that fox dies, your future wife will go berserk and cause the calamity to corrupt her heart and Soul. That will change the calamity to her." Mera said.
Rex was unhappy with the situation. He decided to keep the current t quo going.
"I see. Well, is there anything else we need to talk about?" Rex asked.
"YES!" Mera shouted.
"Okay." Rex responded.
"Will you treat me like you treated that fox?" Mera asked.
"Ouch!" Mera yelled getting her right ear pulled.
"Do not listen to her." Mira said.
Mira led Mera to the Realm that she belonged in. Rex just waited for the return.
Mira returned to say what she wanted to.
"Remember, do not listen to the others all the time. This calamity will forever change the Nine Mortal Realms. The time that Death and the child see each other will be soon, so soon that neither one can change it." Mira said.
Rex immediately exited the Godly Realm. He went and searched for the maids and his child.
A shadowy figure with dazzling blue eyes was seen by Rex.
A gust made the city feel something was off. Not a Soul dared to see what was happening. As soon as Rex made contact with the shadowy figure both disappeared.
A plane similar to where the Dark Abyss was. This was where the duo made their entrance. The shadowy figure closed its eyes and Rex could not feel the figure anymore.
A massive stomp made the Shadows all converge onto Rex. A large amount of Heavenly Qi got released and stopped all of the shadowy figures.
"DEATH LISTEN TO ME! I WILL FIND YOU AND STOP YOU NO MATTER WHAT!" Rex yelled at the top of his lungs.
The first building Rex entered looked like a normal building. When he opened the door, several eyes covered their body and hopes of this dream ending.
Rex closed it. He opened it again. This time he found two shadows doing the deed. The male not caring to be seen. The other caring about it.
Rex closed the door. He focused solely on trying to find the figure with the dazzling blue eyes.
When he opened the door, the eyes met and anger soared through Rex. The blue eyed shadow had several pills that would be used to control people in the Mortal Realms.
