Soni bent down to the man and his new child. She needed to warn both of them of the dangers that were ahead of them.
"Sir, there are a couple of things you need to remember." Soni spoke.
When she did, the man honestly could not help but envision Soni as an angel that descended from heaven.
The man could barely utter a word due to his nerves going off.
"I will take that as a good answer," Soni took another breath before continuing. "First, our daughter was born from your insecurities. Make sure you get over them. They will cause her to be hindered by them forever."
Soni watched as the man's jaw dropped to the ground. He did not think that his insecurities were the birthing reason for his fairy daughter.
"Second, you must keep a pure heart between yourself and your daughter. No matter what happens, a dirtied heart will forever be dirtied. I pray that no matter the time or place, if my daughter thinks that she will immediately come to me." Soni said.
The man locked his jaw now. He hoped to protect the fairy daughter from all harm if possible.
Seeing the man's resolution. Soni was glad that she had met the man. She always said a silent prayer for the man until the day he died.
"IS EVERYONE READY FOR THE FIRST MATCH?" The former Beastman Champion said loudly.
The crowd roared loudly. Their stomping made the Apex creatures want to do more than just kill each other right now.
"I AM YOUR HOST FOR THIS LOVELY EVENT. MOST PEOPLE RECOGNIZE ME AS THE FORMER BEASTMAN CHAMPION!"
The crowd within the Angelic Warriors cheered loudly. They all liked him very much.
"EVEN THOUGH THE VAMPIRE ANGELIC KING WAS ALSO SUPPOSED TO BE HERE. I GUESS SOMETHING MAJOR HAPPENED FOR HIM NOT TO SHOW UP."
The crowd was less lively. Most people did not like him to begin with, but this was just cruel to his dignity.
"I killed him because he targeted one of the Demon King of Annihilation's women." Apollo stated.
Everyone froze hearing what Apollo said. To be able to kill a vampire was already a miracle. Killing the Vampire King, who was also part of the Angelic Race, it was not just how strong Apollo was anymore. It was for the fact that knowledge got sent to him, and that caused a death.
Even Rex felt anger that someone targeted one of his women. He knew that the anger could not be kept away from Lilith. He at least hoped that she would not tell the others.
Even without telling any of the others. They all knew the kind of man that Rex was. Each of them knew that Rex was angered by such a statement.
"WITHOUT ANYMORE DELAY. LET THE FIRST MATCH BE DECIDED!" The former Beastman Champion said.
The Apex Predator went into the fighting area. Honestly, it was now that it decided to fight and enjoy it. Instead of fighting to show supremacy or authority.
The other Apex creatures did not know this. It was still a match to look forward to.
"Apex Predator, do you wish to fight first?" The Alpha Apex asked.
A nodding in the way of 'yes' could be seen. This fascinated the crowd. They did not know that creatures could learn such things.
"WE HAVE AN OPPONENT! WHO SHALL BE IT'S FIRST PARTNER?" The former Beastman Champion yelled out.
There was an equilibrium between shouting the other two Apex creatures. Hearing the crowd cheer wildly, this caused substantial cracks to happen within the Apex Predator.
Meanwhile
"DAMMIT!"
Hurried footsteps could be heard. Three lab coats with black and white stripped masks appeared.
"Sir, Leader. What is wrong?" One of them asked.
"The Apex Predator is changing too much right now." He slammed his fist on the table.
"How long till the Apex Calamity is done?" Another one asked.
"We are not even close for a test run." The Leader replied.
All of them decided to hurry up the process of the Apex Calamity to make sure that they were no longer behind schedule.
Back at the Calamity Battle
"DUE TO THE DECISION OF THE DEMON KING OF ANNIHILATION. THE FIRST MATCH WILL BE THE APEX SPIDER VS THE APEX PREDATOR!" The former Beastman Champion kept his crowd going.
When everyone else exited the fighting area. They made sure to block any upcoming attacks to the Demon King of Annihilation or any of the people currently around him.
Not missing a beat. The Apex Predator nudged his head down and tapped the Apex Spider's head.
The crows went crazy since they thought it was a sign of respect now. The other Apex creatures noticed a massive change in the Apex Predator.
They hoped that Rex would no longer go by and destroy it. They made sure to keep that to themselves, though.
"BEGIN!" The former Beastman Champion roared.
The two Apex creatures roared right after. Signaling, they were ready to fight.
The Apex Predator shot its tail from the underground and wrapped around the Apex Spider.
Upon sensing death to one of her kind. The Spider Queen exited Rex's Soul. She proudly watched the match with her eyes instead of watching it like a recording.
The Apex Spider saw the Heavenly Spider perched on Rex's head. He felt a sense of pride that he had never felt before. Even if he lost, he was not going to lose without becoming dismembered.
Lowering himself closer to the ground. The crowd was worried that the match was already over.
In the next second, the Apex Spider launched himself high into the sky. The Apex Spider only stopped when the entire body of the Apex Predator was out in the open.
The crowd was hyped even more so now. Seeing the Apex Spider not falling down after jumping, the crowd was even more enthusiastic.
The Spider Queen could see the thousands of threads the Apex Spider had already let loose. This was something very typical of the giant spiders that roamed the Realms.
They were mostly hidden and not dangerous to people. Most people never hunted them. Occasionally, one could be seen, and it would be taken back as a protective barrier around the house, Sect, or whatever the giant spider was placed.
The biggest reason for that is the amount of threads it can release at any moment. The Spider Queen was looking forward to watching the rest of the battle.
