I forced myself to make the swords and spears for Demon Rex, Lilith, and Bella. Since I could not make bows, the next day was finished with the final spear.
The night was quiet. It was too quiet for anyone else but me. That was because I had slaughtered several Seawater Rats before resting.
Of course, I had the Fire Imperial Camouflage Beast. It was standing guard outside the main door.
I wanted to make sure the weapons were strong enough. Lilith had told one of Locust Queens that the rescue mission in Egypt was almost over.
The earliest they would arrive was tomorrow afternoon. It was fine and gave me time to prepare for their bows the next morning.
During the night, a loud thunderclap came. The rain started to come down. Then another loud thunderclap came.
I got up and walked outside. I stepped outside and saw four eyes glaring at me. I could not get any information on this creature.
I saw two blinks, the storm stopped, and the creature disappeared. The only thing left behind was a stone tablet.
I picked up the tablet.
"Lilith, Fifth Seat Holder in the Fifth Heavenly Realm Arena, you are required to return to the Fifth Heavenly Realm. If you do not arrive, your Fifth Seat Holder Title will be revoked. We will give you two days to prepare for the battles of your Seat Title Holder."
I was extremely upset. I had to force the first bow to be finished. I wanted to try and finish it before then.
I went and forced myself to make a steel bow. The mixture was bad. I did not have a choice. I was not going to let my wife go back without a good weapon.
I finally got the mixture to start turning the right color. It took nearly three hours. Once I had poured the molten steel, it took longer to cool than normal. It took nearly four hours when it normally takes one and a half hours.
I smoothed out the bow. Daybreak came upon me. I did not care.
I hit the bow several times. Forcing nearly all of my Demonic Qi into the bow. The final hit, I forced all of my Heavenly Qi into it.
The sound of bells ringing above us was heard.
I looked at the bow.
"Wondrous Perfect Elemental Pure Heavenly Steel Bow"
"Making this weapon with love as forced anyone who loves you to be able to activate a link with you."
"When a link is used with the bow. Both you and the user will unlease a powerful attack that can shatter large land masses in the Heavenly Realm."
I was proud that my wife would be able to use this bow. Although, using it against people could become life-threatening. I really do not care about others who would try and harm those close to me.
I knew my wife would not know how to use this bow. I was willing to teach her throughout the night.
It just so happened when I thought about teaching her. The group arrived inside the base.
"Husband." Lilith called out.
I carried the weapons. Each pack had a sword and spear.
I had not made any sleaths for them. That was not discouraging me. Nor was it going to be something to wait on.
Why? Lilith could get us some from the Fifth Heavenly Realm. That would be good enough for me.
Each weapon was proudly brought out by each individual. Bella took a greater liking to the spear. Demon Rex did not really care about either weapon but accepted gladly anyway.
Lilith was proud that I had made these weapons in such a short time. She landed a large kiss, and I returned it.
The joy with her was so much that I honestly felt bad about the news she was about to receive.
"Lilith, I want you to promise me one thing. If you use this next weapon. You will kill whoever sent the stone tablet laying over." I did not beg or command.
I wanted her to be truthful with me without any need to force. I already knew she was tired. I was evenly or more so than her.
I wanted her to make a statement for me in the Fifth Heavenly Realm. The only way to make that statement was to kill whoever sent that tablet.
"What does the tablet say?" She asked.
"That you need to return to the Fifth Heavenly Realm and fight for your Fifth Seat Holder." I responded.
She was very angry. She did not know why the creature had come to me or why it even was able to enter this world.
One thing was certain. Demon Rex was going with her to get training and to watch Heavenly Realm Battles.
Would Lilith need a bodyguard? Probably.
Could I enter and fight them? Only at the First Heavenly Realm for sure.
Would death be easy there? Never.
With these questions constantly being answered by yours, truly. I knew that the best thing for me to do was prepare for the Mammoth with Bella.
Since I also needed to make her a bow. The timing could have been better. I did want to train everyone.
"Husband. I promise you that whatever weapons you give me. I will use to kill that Storm Beast." Lilith's eyes became black.
I smiled. I knew that she would be better at using the bow with this anger.
I pulled out the bow for her. The moment her eyes met the bow. Both her and the bow seem to understand that I was the middle ground for both of them.
"I love you so much. This bow will become mine. When I mean mine, I will be the dominant holder." Her body was shaking like crazy.
"Calm down." I commanded.
Lilith straightened up. I showed her how to pull the bow back. I did not tell her how to make the arrows.
I knew there were some Seawater Rats still around the city. I was going to allow Lilith to train using those pests.
Once she got the hang of pulling the string back in proper posture. A Seawater Rat happened to come by.
"Alright, Lilith. Time to train by making arrows. Focus your Heavenly Qi into the shape of whatever arrow you want. While you pull the string back, let the materialization of that arrow happen."
I showed her an arrow.
Lilith closed her eyes. She began to pull the bowstring back. An arrow that I had not seen before appeared.
It looked like a lightning bolt attached to a stick. This was the best way to describe what was in front of me.
Lilith opened her eyes and released the arrow. It shot across the road and a blink of an eye. I could not feel any more Seawater Rats anywhere.
I felt proud of my wife. Her first attempt was successful. I wanted to congratulate her. She turned to the side and said, "Rex, I will be back shortly."
A blackish portal opened, and she disappeared.
"I guess she is about to start her fights."
