We came before a huge entrance, and the Shadow nodded to my question inside my head.
Now that we were in front of the entrance to the necromancer's lair. I decided to see what the axes' special art was.
First Axe
"Demon God's Blessed Diabloic Soul Annihilation"
"An axe blessed by the Demon God who hates necromancers and evil inspirations of demons. This axe was first used to annihilate evil demons. Now, it is mainly used to deal with necromancers."
"When used against Necromancers, there is a 50% chance of destroying their Soul. When used against demons, 100% chance to destroy their Souls."
"The Demon God wishes for a Necromancer to die. When the axe touches the necromancer's body, 100% to destroy their Soul."
"When paired with the Legendary Axe Soul. Both axes will gain the ability to use one of the user's affinity. If the affinity is the same, the damage to the opponent(s) will be tripled. If the affinities parallel each other, the damage will be doubled. If the affinities are against each other, the damage will be determined by where the location is."
"When paired with the Legendary Axe Demon. Both axes will grant you a whirlwind technique with a singular affinity. The whirlwind technique will damage the sky itself if fighting in the sky. If the affinity used with the whirlwind can output more damage than the user, the damage will triple itself to all enemies. If the whirlwind can not output more damage, then the damage will be directed to the opponent(s) soul(s)."
"There is no strength limit on this axe. The greater the user's strength, the more damage this axe deals to souls."

"Legendary Axe Soul"
"An axe used to seal a demon's Soul. The axe got split into two different axes because the Soul was too powerful for the singular axe. This axe holds the Soul of the demon who got sealed away."
"When this axe is paired with the Legendary Axe Demon. Both axes gain dual affinities, and the damage will always be triple the user's strength. When using an axe art with the dual axes equipped. The axes will triple the damage to the user's strength. If the user uses affinity with an axe art, the damage will be quadrupled."

I looked at the Shadow. The Shadow seemed to be confused.
"I want to know which affinity I should use with the whirlwind technique? That is when the Mythical Axe and the Legendary Axe Demon are together."
"What do you mean which affinity? Most people and demons barely have two." The Shadow stated.
I decided to put my trust in my for his Mistress.
"I have a bunch of them because I am a Goddess Heir." I responded.
The Shadow squinted his eyes and almost stared into my Soul. I do not understand why beings are trying to stare into it. I know that the Spider Queen does not like it all.
"So, which affinities do you have?" The Shadow asked.
"Fire, Water, Nature, Yin-Yang Holy, and Yin-Yang Dark. All of those I could use. I also have Tame and Soul affinities." I answered.
The Shadow's entire being seemed to fade out of existence upon hearing my affinities. It took a minute for him to recover his senses before answering.
"For dual affinity you can use, I do not know about the Yin-Yang affect, but I would recommend that one. For the whirlwind technique, it would be best to either push or destroy the demons. If we push them far enough, the necromancer might have to summon more but by destroying them. We could gain an advantage that he can not summon more. It all depends on his summoning, though." The Shadow response was quick and hard to hear.
I decided to use the Fire Affinity with the whirlwind. When the dual affinities become active, I will use the Yin-Yang affinities.
That was the decision we made to go against the army of undead demons currently below us.
We started down. I equipped the Mythical Axe and Legendary Axe Demon first. I did not know if the necromancer had left the area or not. If he had, then the whirlwind technique would become extremely useful, but if he had not. I was going to use the dual affinities and fight my way to him.
We saw the clearance and crawled our way there. We did not know if the demons would see us or feel our Qi. We could instantly dart on the ground and still be in cover by crawling. If we were standing, it would become a straight uphill battle.
When the army could be seen. The Necromancer was leaving. It seems like the Mistress was either calling him or he felt her presence.
The Shadow kept crawling at the back wall. I waited till he was able to make it to the exit where the Necromancer left.
There were a few times that I threw a couple of stones against the other wall. To keep the undead demons away from him.
Once he hit the exit, one of them shouted.
This caused me to shout and stand up. The two shouts startled the undead demons.
I decided to unequip the Legendary Axe Demon and equip the Legendary Axe Soul.
I used Fire Affinity for the special. I started to hack away at the undead demons.
This caused a major roar within the undead army. Although the number was small with the kills, I got some notifications.
"Congratulations on killing Undead Demon at the King's Cultivation Realm."

"Congratulations, your Demonic Qi has increased by 1."

"Congratulations, the Legendary Axe Soul and Demon has recognized demonic blood. The more demons you slay, the stronger the blades become."
"When you have successfully killed more than twenty thousand demons. Legendary Axe Soul will become a Mythical Axe."
"When you have successfully killed more than fifty thousand demons. Legendary Axe Demon will become a Mythical Axe."
