With everything done during the day being done. Fenrir finally came to the conclusion to talk with Olivia and everyone else. Even though he was not very interested in Rex. He was still willing to talk and learn about Rex. His first impression was not the greatest, but seeing that he was willing to help others. Fenrir decided to use this chance and see what happens.
"We need to go back home."
Fenrir was not taking no for an answer. He began to walk towards Sachie's house. Iris and Liz both felt helpless. They felt more comfortable being with Rex rather than Fenrir. Seeing that he wanted to go home. The girls followed behind.
Eventually, the group arrived at the house. Walking in, they found Olivia still giving Rex a head pat while he was asleep. The girls did not know how much effort Rex had put into his last Quest. They were suspicious that something else was bothering him.
"How much has he slept for these days?" Iris asked.
"More than he should have. I do not even think he has been in a cultivation state since we have been together."
"He does have a weird body after all." Liz answered.
Liz decided that she was not going to talk about Earth to her. She wanted Rex to talk to them about that stuff.
"We want to rest with Rex." Iris said.
Olivia knew that this moment would come up eventually. She decided to use this moment and talk to them.
"Before I carry him upstairs. I want you two to both understand this one thing." Olivia stared at the girls.
The two made sure to stand ready for whatever Olivia was going to say. The two wanted to give everything to Rex. Rex had been given some things to cherish.
"Rex loves and cherishes everyone around him. He hates that he did have to do some awful stuff but his Soul is still purer than most. Make sure that you two are not trying more than necessary." Olivia made sure the girls understood.
"Good." The group headed upstairs.
Rex finally woke up and found Iris and Liz both holding unto him. The trio had moved to a spare bedroom and Iris and Liz fell asleep with Rex.
"It has been a while." Rex whispered.
He silently slipped through them and walked out. He found the time was almost supper and Sachie was bringing stuff home.
"Thank you for helping me earlier." Rex told Olivia.
"Not a problem." Olivia replied with a smile.
Rex went back upstairs and woke up the two sleeping beauties. They woke up to see Rex's smiling face. The trio hugged and Rex had to carry them downstairs.
"Come on." Rex said.
The two of them squeezed tighter they were not going to allow this joyous moment to end badly.
Sachie entered her house and saw most of everyone that she wanted to. She was hoping that Margaret and Amber would have arrived already. Seeing them not here, she just sighed hopelessly.
She went and set up the table. Giving Rex the head of the table. She was on his right with Olivia behind her. Iris and Liz fought tooth and nail for the left side seat. Finally, the two agreed that the seat will remain empty until
"Cheers to a wonderful night and an amazing day tomorrow!" Sachie raised her glass.
The girls started to talk about their trips around the city. Rex found them wonderful.
At first, he thought that they were joking about how Fenrir and his mate would lead them around. He found it funny that the wolves held more self-awareness to not be behind someone.
The trips were more and more interesting to hear. Rex found himself hoping to do that himself sometime soon.
"The joys of living in the Realms." Rex thought.
Inside Rex's Soul
The Spider Queen had been watching him. Even the thought of Rex getting Fenrir and/or Olivia permanently started to arouse her.
"I hope he does everything right." The Spider Queen thought.
She had not been outside his Soul because she was afraid of something happening to her daughter.
"I will be fine. He won't be able to attack me without you or Rex knowing right?" Her daughter asked.
"In a way, he can hurt you but I will throw the demonic Qi out of Rex's body if he does." The Queen declared.
Hearing that declaration, the demonic Qi waved its hand and sat down. He was wanting to talk to Rex but Rex had more important matters at hand.
"I am leaving be back soon." The Spider Queen said.
Outside of Rex's Soul
A Yellow Striped Spider showed up on Rex's head. In this frightening moment, Sachie pushed Rex out of the chair.
Olivia hurried to see what was wrong. Olivia saw the Yellow Striped Spider. She nearly put a sword into it.
"Stop!" Rex guarded his Soul Partner.
Sachie and Olivia stared at the Spider Quee and the Spider Queen got back on Rex's head.
"She is one of my three Soul Partners." Rex said.
Hearing that it was one of three all of the girls nearly slapped each other thinking they heard wrong.
"You did not." Rex said.
Fenrir was outside the dining area and saw Yellow Striped Spider. He knew that she was a Heavenly Beast like him.
"He has more potential than what I imagined." Fenrir spoke.
"She is one of the good girls I am always talking about." Fenrir's Mate told him.
"Alright we will start the conversation once Rex leaves." Fenrir said.
With the group almost ready to head upstairs for the night. Rex stopped them to give Fenrir some time with them.
He asked them to speak to him. Fenrir's Mate had returned to Rex's Soul so that Fenrir could talk to the girls.
"I will be upstairs." Rex waved.
Watching Rex leave, Fenrir began to speak.
"My Mate wants me to become Rex's Soul Tame. I, myself do not trust Rex enough. I want all of your thoughts and opinions on the matter."
