Returning back to the town, Margaret, Amber, Rex's parents, Violet, and Rex is still unconscious.
They entered the Lofty Inn. Made their way to the top floor. Placing Rex on the bed, Margaret and Amber both stayed close by.
Violet went with Rex's parents to the second floor. The three of them entered a room and waited for Iris and Liz to show up.
"My son usually does not do things recklessly. What made him change?" Rex's father asked.
Violet thought about it for a second. She knew the information that needed to be said. She wondered if she was the one to give it out.
"I will explain what I have heard. First, there is a picture in the Fourth Realm of your son. The reason why it was found is because of Margaret and Amber. Second, Rex can use all three of the cultivation types. Having a cultivation type does not mean he or she can also use a weapon Qi type. However, Rex does have all three weapon Qi types."
Violet did not want to say much more than this.
Rex's mother knew that Violet liked to hide things. She did not want to be the one to fully explain everything to them.
Violet got a surprise hug from Rex's mother. Violet always liked it when she got a hug from Rex's mother. She never got a chance to get a hug from a motherly figure when young.
"Thank you for telling us what you can. We understand that there is always something that someone else needs to say. We greatly appreciate it when you tell us most of what we need to know."
Violet got a fuzzy feeling in her gut. She was honestly happy from getting the encouragement to stay the same. She also wanted to explain the rest but felt that it was better for Rex to say that.
Staying close to Rex's mother, Violet felt like an angel. She just stayed like that until Iris and Liz joined them.
Seeing that nothing else could be found in the area. Iris and Liz both started their descent down the mountain.
Once their heads had gone lower than the top. A voice was heard talking.
They could not make much of it. From the description of it, they knew a Demon Cultivator had appeared. That was the scariest part of what they were thinking.
"If that is true, then we need to get our fathers involved." Iris said.
"Do you truly think that Rex would spill the beans if a Demon Cultivator appeared?" Liz growled.
Iris had never seen Liz so mad. She also knew that Rex would not know what a Demon Cultivator could do.
Liz did not want to get this mad but knowing that something this serious was around. She did not want to ask Rex if that was true.
Rushing down the mountain, they ended up nearly tripping and rolling down the mountain. Once at the bottom, they decided to rush to the Lofty Inn.
They were rushing because they did not want anything to happen to Rex. The girls could not be sure if a Demon Cultivator appeared. If one had appeared, it would be a matter of time before the cultivator reached the Ninth Realm and that was something the girls did not want.
"Let me rest." Iris was usually not this active and was starting to feel the burn.
"See that is why you do not slack off during training." Liz roared.
Getting a moment to rest, the duo continued until they reached the Lofty Inn.
"Where are the people that were with us?" Iris asked the lady behind the counter.
"The unconscious boy is on the top floor. The parents are on the second floor."
"Thank you." Liz answered.
The duo quickly made their way to the second floor.
"Why hello there." Rex's mother said.
"We have bad news." Iris said.
Rex's parents did not really want to listen to bad news. Knowing that Violet was with them, they had to hear the news.
"There is a good possibility that a Demon Cultivator has appeared." Liz said.
Violet felt the hairs on her arms and legs stand straight up. She knows that if a possibility is there, then nothing will stop their fathers from searching.
"How long until they reach the Ninth Realm?" Violet's eyes started to glow green.
"We cannot say for sure but we know there was chatter when we descended the mountain." Iris spoke.
"Thank you." Violet answered.
Then her eyes turned back to normal.
"Did you tell your father?" Liz asked.
"I recorded the message and he will be able to hear what I want him to. So I made it where you said, "Demon Cultivator and we do not know when he or she would reach the Ninth Realm." Violet said.
"How is that possible?" Rex's mother pleaded to know.
"My father is known as Life-giver but he has gotten a special ability that allows him and his immediate family to talk to each other through plants." Violet spoke.
"Will everything be okay for now?" Iris asked.
"Someone needs to log off and see Rex's physical condition. While the rest of us stay and watch him here. If his physical body is doing fine, nothing to be worried about. If his physical body is not doing fine, we might need to do something." Violet said.
Iris and Liz both smiled at Violet. Neither one wanted to get the up chance on each other. The next best thing would be to allow her to go.
"Fine. Do you two also want to go home?" Violet asked.
"Sure." They answered.
They left.
Violet immediately entered Rex's room and found his condition to be stable. That was the good thing about the VR headset.
Has long as one had it on. They did not need to be physically active, the more active in the game. The better you would look in the outside world. The less active you were the worse you would look. It was not simply because of the cultivation.
It was in the world itself. By trying to be active and find ways to make yourself better. The results would move over to this world. The less active and not trying to do better would actually decrease one's lifespan.
A/N Sorry for not posting chapters these last few days. Work has been rough and I have to do stuff at the house. What little time I did have was barely enough to write a few words. Now I am also on Vacation, I will do my best to post chapters.
