"So magic works a little differently than the nanite abilities." Fey said. "Once you create a nanite ability it exists, and you have to do something with it. They just don't vanish, but I guess since spells are just creations and manifestations of one's own magical power it makes sense."
"Right." Dax said. "It took me a little bit of experimenting to figure that out."
"I wonder if I can combine the two into a single attack…" Fey said. "You know until I lose my ability to use my nanites. I bet I could make some awesome abilities. Oh, how do you do that move really fast thing? My dad said when you killed that goblin you moved faster than his eyes could see."
