Dax searched his mind to find something, anything else, that would distract him from the barrier he had created. The first thing that popped into his mind was the image of Fey in the bathroom when he walked in on her. As he thought about it his mind focused on the image and the barrier dissolved slowly.
"You did it!" Leo celebrated, giving Dax a heavy slap on the back. "I knew thinking about something would change your focus and cancel the spell. IT seems your superpowers aren't completely different from nanites."
"I wonder what kind of barrier that was." Fey said. "Dad passed through it like it was nothing."
"I don't know." Dax said. "Drakie knows a lot about magic, I will have to ask him when he gets back."
"Speaking of your dragon friend." Leo said while pulling out his phone. He searched through it and pulled up a video. It was a news report. He played it so that they could both watch it.
