Elle left the group and headed to her family's dwelling. She turned and looked as she left a few times, just to catch a few final glances of Dax as she left. She couldn't help but worry about leaving them in Uriel's care. The elder trusted him, so she needed to trust him as well.
Uriel walked into the city. By that time, news had spread of the Magi King throughout the village. Upon their arrival they were met with countless elves lining either side of the road. They all looked towards Dax with hopeful expressions of glee. As he broke the entrance and came into view their eyes lit up and they all began to cheer and clap for him.
"Well, someone is popular." Fey said, giving Dax a nudge in the side with her elbow. "I guess the word is out about you being the Magi King."
"Looks like it." Dax replied with a sigh. "You don't think they will rush us do you?"
