Third person's POV
The Confession.....
4 weeks later.....
Julia and her Boss were to work together in a project to find out the course of inflation in the society and to raise funds for the vulnerable.
After weeks of working together on the project, Harrison and his personal assistant ,Julia had developed a strong connection. They enjoyed each other's company and had even started to hang out outside of work. Despite their feelings, both of them were afraid to confess their love for each other.
One day, Harrison was feeling particularly bold and decided that he needed to tell Julia how he felt. He waited until the end of the workday and asked if she could meet him for a drink after work. Julia agreed, not suspecting anything.
As they sat at the bar, Harrison nervously fiddled with his glass. Julia could sense that something was bothering him.
"Is everything okay, Mr Harrison?" she asked.
Harrison took a deep breath and looked Julia in the eyes. "There's something I need to tell you," he said. "I've been struggling to find the right words, but I think it's time that I just come out and say it. I'm in love with you, Julie."
Julia's eyes widened in surprise. She had suspected that Harrison had feelings for her, but she never expected him to confess them so openly.
"I know that we work together and that it might complicate things," Harrison continued. "But I can't help the way that I feel. I care about you so much, and I want to see where this could go."
Julia was taken aback by Harrison's confession, but she couldn't deny the feelings that she had for him. She had been trying to suppress them for weeks, but now that they were out in the open, she knew that she couldn't ignore them any longer.
"I feel the same way,sir... I mean Harrison," Julia said, taking his hand..much to her surprise. "I've been trying to deny it, but I can't anymore. I care about you too, and I want to explore this connection that we have."
Harrison's face lit up with joy, and he leaned in to kiss Julia. As they pulled away, they both knew that their lives would never be the same. They had found something special in each other, something that was worth risking everything for.
From that day forward, Harrison and Julia began their relationship in secret, not wanting to disrupt the delicate balance of their work environment. But despite the challenges they faced, they knew that they had each other, and that was all that mattered.
As they walked out of the bar hand in hand, Harrison couldn't help but feel grateful for his boss' love code. Without it, he never would have had the courage to confess his feelings for Julia. He knew that he had been given a second chance at love, and he was going to make the most of it.
On Friday afternoon after work has ended and most of his staff had left, Harrison hurriedly followed Julia into the elevator for his staff when she was heading out the office. He said a silent prayer of thanks when none of his staff were in the elevator other than Julia and him only. A thought came into his mind as he smirked devilishly.
On the other hand, Julie was surprised and shocked to find out that her boss had followed her without her notice and to top it up, he's sharing the public elevator with her .
When the elevator doors closed shut and much to Julie's surprise, Harrison came on to her and encaged her against the elevator wall and kissed her passionately and hungrily as if his life depended on it.
