Ayo sensed the energy within him shift and expand, strengthening his body and giving him a newfound sense of vitality. But there was more to come.
[Unlocking your Blood vessels]
[Filling your body with Aura]
[Circulating Aura flow in your body]
[Focus and stillness are required]
[Close your eyes and pay attention to the energy movement in your body]
Ayo followed Phanes' guidance, sitting with his eyes closed and gradually achieving the necessary focus.
'...and I can feel the movement through my body... what if I interfere and direct it... and maybe bring it outside...'
~creak~
As his awareness deepened, he noticed a sudden increase in temperature, and his surroundings grew hotter.
"Why is there so much heat–"
Shola entered the room and paused as she saw Ayo, his body enveloped in a bluish energy resembling smoke.
"Qi enlightening?" She muttered to herself. '...but why is it different, it feels more heavy than regular Qi...' she speculated.
"Mummy, where have you–"
"Shush," Shola quickly silenced Dara, who had paused at the door entrance and was also looking at Ayo.
"It looks like Qi," she muttered.
"How is he doing that on his own?" Dara whispered to her mother.
"I have no idea..." Shola responded and slowly retreated outside, silently closing the door.
"Or did I see it wrong? Isn't that qigong?" Dara questioned, confused.
"Yes, it is, to be precise, it's Qigong enlightening. The first stage of energy realization."
"Yes! That, even with the prestigious sects that supply their disciples with expensive and rare elixirs, I heard it takes years of training with the basics, whether it's the fist or the sword or any weapon. One must first come to a true realization of the essence of that weapon before being able to realize Qigong. After coming to that realization, the dantian awakens, and then it takes another step of cultivation to fill the dantian with qigong. Not to mention manifesting it within the environment; only a master martial artist level can do that," Dara exclaimed.
"You're right... which leaves us with one conclusion..." Shola said, deep in thought.
"What? What is that? What conclusion?"
"Among the many, there will always be a selected few who are exceptional, martial art geniuses. They have a natural talent and body for martial arts and grow at a faster rate compared to others. Like Ishaq Diya, Zang Mei, Chen Chunhua, Yeon Hun-woo, Travis Davidson..."
"Mum, these guys are the best of the best on the world ranking board. Are you comparing a kid who just probably awakened Qi to Yeon Hun-woo, the ninth master in the martial art world?"
"They all started from somewhere." Shola replied with a smile, "...who knows, Nigeria might have its own master very soon." Shola added, her face radiating warmth.
Dara stood up, her face twisted in anger, and stormed off, leaving her mother watching her with a somber expression.
[You have activated Aura Circulation]
[Muscle dirt has been expunged]
[You have achieved level 1 of Aura Body]
[Aura Body(lv.1)]
> Strengthening the body with otherworldly energy called Aura
> Increases defense.
> Momentarily increases attack power, skill effectiveness.
"Wow, did I do all that on my own? But Aura? Is it perhaps the same thing as mana that magicians from my former world use?" Ayo questioned himself as he examined his surroundings. He also noticed he was emitting a rather unpleasant odor.
"Looks like you're done," Shola said as she entered the room.
"Wait!" He shouted and quickly rushed into the bathroom.
Shola was shocked by how fast he had become. "His movements have become so nimble, just from that?" She mumbled to herself, her eyes widened in amazement.
Ayo looked at himself in the mirror, admiring his developing muscles. "Aha, all these muscles and abs..." he said as he flexed his muscles in front of the mirror, still not having a lot, but they were definitely progressing.

"Hm, so you say the dude was attacked and sent to a hospital?" Donny said as he ate chips without manners, causing the plastic bag to make noise. He was seated inside a Jeep Wrangler, and next to him was a subordinate.
"Yes, sir."
"We can't attack him in a hospital, now, can we?" Donny said as he crunched the chips.
"No, sir," his subordinate replied.
"Fine, keep an eye out for when he gets discharged and report to me immediately." He said, looking at the young man with his deep, large eyes.
"Yes, sir." The subordinate fidgeted slightly out of fear but then bowed his head and exited the car while Donny drove away.
