Archid Von Guval was the grandson of the late King's sister.
Inheriting his parents' facial features, he was a very handsome man. He grew up spoiled by his parents, and at some period in his upbringing, he became addicted to women. As a result, he grew up to be a very arrogant sex maniac.
After the death of the King and his immediate family, most of the King's other blood relatives fled the capital.
The ones who fled seeked shelter from Duke Videl's rebel coalition, while the ones who remained were killed by the Zurg Empire's forces.
Unfortunately, the relatives were treated with disdain among the rebel coalition. This was because the Empire's forces were obsessed with hunting them down.
The rebel coalition's plan on taking back the Roan Kingdom and crowning the late King's brother as the new king would be at stake if they had to deal with this issue, as their plan was still supposedly kept as a secret.
This didn't mean that the Empire was unaware of their plan, it's just that the Empire was more focused on hunting those relatives down.
Archid Von Guval was one of the relatives who managed to escape safely into the rebel coalition with his parents.
However, he wasn't treated with disdain at all, he was treated with praise and worship. This was because his grandmother, the late King's sister, was the wife of Duke Videl Von Guval.
Yes, he was the grandson of Duke Videl.
After the Duke found out just how obsessed the Empire was with eliminating every single blood relative to the late King, he immediately sent all of those relatives as far away from his forces as possible.
They were sent to a remote territory that was on an island hard to reach. Why didn't the Duke just eliminate them all? Well, it was because he needed a backup plan, just in case the former duke of Heimer, Gorgon Von Heimer, and his family get eliminated.
It was also because he didn't want to do it, as he was quite close with most of them.
However, he didn't send his children and grandchildren away together with the other relatives.
Instead, he sent them to the Heimer territory, which was even more isolated than the island that he had sent the other relatives to.
After Duke Lucius sent his notice about joining the rebels, Duke Videl immediately sent his children and grandchildren to Heimer.
However, they didn't come empty-handed. The Duke personally sent 1,000 men from his army to the fortress as reinforcements.
The other nobles didn't protest of course, since the Heimer territory was gatekept by the famous impregnable Storm Fortress.
Unbeknownst to Duke Videl, the Storm Fortress was undergoing a huge upgrade, which would make it even more impregnable.
Archid Von Guval, who was previously just a knight, had risen to the position of commander due to Duke Videl's preferential treatment just before he was sent to the Heimer territory.
Not even a day after Archid and his family's arrival to the Storm Fortress, Duke Lucius requested for reinforcements to the meteorite landing site. This prompted Archid to march with a hundred of his men to the location.
The news had reached Archid's ears a little bit late, so when he arrived to the location, Lucius had already gone inside the ship. But with the addition of Archid's men, the total number of forces in the location had increased to 410.
In truth, Archid was never interested in the Heimer territory, which was considered to be the backwaters of the kingdom.
The insane developments that had happened in Heimer was still not yet known to 95% of the people due to political reasons. There wasn't even a single rumour about it.
So when Archid arrived to the Storm Fortress in the middle of its renovation, he was very surprised.
And when he heard the news, his mind was deadset on showing off his forces to score some points with the Duke of Heimer.
He didn't realise that he would fuck it all up in the end.

"Arrgh!! How dare you insult me, you lowly scoundrel!! Release me immediately!!"
Archid Von Guval was stuck on the ground. Lucius' foot was currently on top of his chest, firmly pinning him to the ground.
"Can someone tell me who this is?"
"How dare you do this to me!! I am of royal blood!! I will have your head after this!! Men, attack this scoundrel at this instance!!"
"Hey, don't make me hurt you guys, I'm seriously in a bad mood right now."
It was obvious that Archid's men didn't know that the person wearing the jet black armor was the Duke of Heimer, seeing as they had arrived late to the location.
However, Andrew, who was also there, was the only one who had recognized him. Andrew began to process the situation in his mind.
'Shit, this place is quite a distance away from the main camp, I need to prevent them from fighting the Duke!'
But just before Andrew could yell out the identity of Lucius, Archid's men began attacking Lucius.
"Stop!!! Stop!!! That's the Duke!!!!"
He yelled at them to stop, but it was useless, they were all too focused on supposedly saving their commander. Moreover, the screams of pain from the soldiers drowned Andrew's yell.
Fortunately for the soldiers, Lucius was gentle enough to just knock them out one by one.
It was more like a cat playing with its food than a proper fight.
Soon, more and more of Archid's men were trying to attack Lucius.
And a few moments later, more than 40 of Archid's men had been defeated. Before they could continue
"ALL MEN STOP!!!"
Thankfully, the Chief Police Officer had shown up. Andrew had to run as fast as he could to reach the chief, and the whole round trip took a couple minutes.
Lucius was still in the same position, pinning Archid on the ground with his left foot.
Archid yelled in desperation towards the chief.
"Chief Gregory!!! Please get this scoundrel off of me!!"
"...."
However, the chief was being quiet. Archid could see that the chief had an anxious look.
Lucius then took off his helmet, revealing his face to greet the chief.
"Ah, Chief Gregory, just in time. Could you tell me who this guy is? It seems that he was attacking one of our police officers, I saw it happen from a distance."
"H-he is Archid Von Guval, the grandson of Duke Videl...."
"Duke Videl's grandson??"
"Yes!! I'm his grandson!!! Now release me scoundrel, and you shall face my wrath!!!"
"Is this guy stupid? Chief Gregory, I can kill him, right?"
"I-I don't think that's a good idea my lord, Duke Videl would be furious if he hears about his. It will jeopardize our territory's alliance with Duke Videl!"
Hearing the chief addressing the unknown person pinning him down as his lord, Archid suddenly went quiet. In his mind he was starting to connect the dots.
"So killing this guy's not a good idea, huh? Hehe, well that's obvious."
Lucius said that with a devilish grin, and proceeded to converse Archid face-to-face.
"So, your name is Archid huh? Do you know why my name is Lucius?"
Archid, who was beginning to realise that he had fucked up, nervously answered Lucius.
"N-no...."
"I picked it myself, it suits me right?"
"I-I.... don't understand?"
"Of course you don't...."
Lucius then glanced towards Chief Gregory, and asked him a question in a nonchalant manner.
"Hey Chief, it's okay for me to borrow this guy for a few moments, right? Quite frankly, I'm in a very bad mood right now."
"Of course, my lord. But please don't kill him."
"Oh, no worries, it's just physical torture."
"Oh oka- WAIT! Please don't torture him my lord, Duke Videl will be very angry towards us!"
"Oh I know that he'll be angry. But I won't leave any physical traces, so he won't be able to accuse me of it. He can only hear his grandson's mad ramblings of me torturing him, heheheh. Now if you'll excuse me, I'll be doing it inside of that tent over there."
After hearing his lord's explanation, Chief Gregory was left in confusion.
'Would it even be possible for my lord to leave no traces of it? Oh well, it can't be that bad, right?'
Chief Gregory could see that Lucius was dragging Archid by his hair towards a certain tent. Archid was screaming at the top of his lungs.
"HEEEELPPPP!!! HELP MEEEEEE!!!"

The tent in which Archid's torture was about to happen was ironically his own tent.
"MMMMPPHHHH!!!! MMMMMMPPPPHHHH!!!!"
Currently, Archid's mouth was forcefully shut, and it was covered by a black liquid-like substance that came from Lucius' armor suit. He was also strapped tightly to a metal chair with rope.
The chair was tied to a big rock, in order to prevent any form of escaping.
Lucius began talking to Archid while pulling out a weapon. This time, he didn't bring out his signature blade. Instead, he brought a clean and sharp knife that he borrowed from one of Archid's men.
"Now, where was I?"
Lucius began by cutting off Archid's phallus.
"MMMMMPPPHHHH!!!"
Before the phallus touched the ground, more liquid-like black substance came out of Lucius' suit. The substance was made up of trillions of nanobots.
And by changing the density of the nanobots, Lucius could turn it into a solid, a liquid, and a gas. Although the gas form of the nanobots should be considered as smoke instead.
The nanobots split into two uneven parts. The part containing more nanobots turned into a bucket, and caught the falling phallus. The other part covered up the bleeding wound in order to prevent Archid from dying of blood loss.
"Oh right, I was about to explain the origins of my name. You probably wouldn't understand, but it's fine. In my earlier years of being in that world, the first few books that I found were all the volumes of a completed novel."
"MMMMMMPPPHHHHH!!!!"
This time, he cut off Archid's scrotum, along with his testicles. They fell into the nanobot bucket, and more nanobots flew from Lucius' suit to cover up the bleeding wounds.
"Anyway, that novel was utter crap. It was a Japanese isekai novel that was translated into English. The main character, Lucius, was a Japanese guy that got hit by a truck and was reincarnated into a baby in another world. That other world was a fantasy world, and Lucius was born overpowered as fuck. He had a harem of beautiful girls that grew along the entire novel."
"MMMMMMPPPPHHHHHHH!!!"
This time, he went for Archid's right foot and cut off his toes, joint by joint. He tossed them into the black nanobot bucket, and the bleeding wounds were clogged by more nanobots.
"The problem was the fact that this guy, Lucius, was the typical herbivore cuck Japanese male main character who had no ambition other than living peacefully. Every single conflict in that novel was solved almost instantly because of him being overpowered. He gets all the girls without effort, and they're all madly in love with him for some reason?"
"MMMMMMPPPHHMMMMPPHMMMPPPPHHHH!!!"
After Lucius was done with Archid's right foot, he began doing the same thing with the left foot. Pieces of Archid's left foot toes began filling up the bucket.
"That novel was absolute garbage. The writing was almost nonexistent, the plot was messy, the characters were all cliched and two-dimensional, and there was 0 character development for any character. I don't even know why it got serialized in the first place, much less translated into English!"
By this time, Lucius had moved on from toes to fingers. As he had done previously to Archid's toes, he cut off his fingers joint by joint, and the wounds were covered up by more nanobots. Lucius did this on every finger, left and right.
"I made that main character's name into my own name. Why? Because I somehow got transported into this fantasy world, and I couldn't think of a perfect new name for myself since I kept getting reminded of that stupid isekai novel."
"MMMMMHHHHHHHRRGGGGGHHH!!!! MMRRRRRGGGHHHHHH!!!!!"
Archid's face was now fully covered with tears and snot. Because his mouth was forced to shut, he held back from throwing up because he didn't want his vomit to come out from his nose.
However, Lucius still didn't stop, and began chopping off Archid's arms and legs joint by joint. The joints were cut as cleanly as possible, and Lucius threw them into his nanobot bucket. More nanobots came flying out of Lucius's suit to cover up the bleeding wounds.
Archid became a limbless man during this torture session.
The pain was so unbearable that he pseudo-shat himself multiple times. This was because Lucius had plugged up Archid's anus with nanobots to prevent Archid shitting from pain.
Truth be told, Archid had passed out multiple times from the pain. But at the same time, the pain brought himself back to being conscious.
"Haha, it's not over yet. Let's do some finishing touches."
"HHHHHHMMMMPHHHHH!!!!!!!!! HMMPPHH!!!"
Lucius' pointed his index finger towards Archid, and nanobots began forming a needle shape on the tip of it.
He stabbed the needle into the skin of Archid's chest, which was covered by splatters of his own blood during the mutilation.
The needle began pumping in nanobots under his skin. After he was satisfied with it, Lucius retracted the needle and started counting down.
"10, 9, 8, 7, 6...."
While he was counting, he positioned the big mirror that was inside of Archid's tent towards Archid himself, so he could see what was happening to his own body.
"....5, 4, 3, 2, 1."
*SNAP*
Lucius snapped his finger, and a black vertical line was drawn by the nanobots. The vertical line extended accross the skin of Archid's body from the top side of his lios all the way to the bottom side of his lips. Yes, the line was an entire vertical loop around his body.
"HMPPPH??!?! HHMMMMMMRRRRGGGHH!!!!!"
The vertical line burst through his skin, dividing his entire body's skin into 2. The line of nanobots began peeling his divided skin.
Archid watched the scene through the mirror. He watched his skin getting peeled from the left, and from the right.
"HMMMMMPPPPPHHHHH!!!! HMMPPPHHHRAAAARARRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHH!!!"
His lips were also getting peeled with his skin, and the nanobots that were covering his mouth returned back to Lucius' suit. And in just a few seconds, his entire body's skin was peeled off. Lucius put Archid's skin into the bucket.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRGGGHHHHH!!!!"
"You're being to loud."
"ARRGHHKKKK?!!??!!!"
Lucius punched his stomach to shut him up. And this made him vomit onto his skinless and limbless body.
"HOOOEEEEKKKKRRGRGRHLRLRLGHH!!!"
"Well, you made it worse for yourself."
The stomach acid touched his skinless body, and the already burning pain that he felt from being skinned alive was multiplied by a thousand.
At this point, he tried to close his eyes to not see his body's horrifying reflection on the mirror. But because his eyelids were also part of his skin, he now had no eyelids.
His mind became too overwhelmed, and he started seeing hallucinations. Moreover, his mind was now empty of any thoughts. He effectively became mad.
Seeing Archid's lifeless eyes, Lucius' fervid attitude faded off.
He then sat on a wooden chair, and began to cool his mind for a couple minutes.
'Ughhh, it seems that my madness took over for quite some time. I really need to strengthen the insanity filter, it has not been working properly ever since I came to this world. Instead of a filter, I guess I should call it a lock from now on.'
He looked towards the nanobot bucket filled with limbs and 2 large skin pelts.
Then, he sent more nanobots to seal off the skin pelts' open wounds. Prior to this, he already did it to the limbs as well.
He did this to prevent them from leaking more blood and to also prevent necrosis, as he planned on reattaching them back to Archid.
"Lucius, are you in there??"
'What the!? Is that Elizabeth?'
"I'm coming in."
"Don't come in!!"
