Ethan hurriedly walked past the guards that were staying at a gate and then after a moment, he got to the outer part of the palace where everyone was free to walk into.
He stopped, seeing the guards dragging the young man still as the man kept shouting that he wasn't going to leave the palace by all means.
When the three guards saw Ethan, they bowed and said, "Greetings, Your Lordship."
Ethan only looked at them and the young man who saw him didn't say anything. Though Ethan thought he looked familiar, he didn't think he could remember his face.
The young man had taken the opportunity when the guards stood to greet Ethan and he gave one of the guards a heavy punch in his stomach while Ethan only watched him curiously.
However, the two guards standing at his left and right-hand side held him and one of them held the heavy rope that seemed to be decorated with thorns and then he wiped his already torn shirt with it which had blood all over.
