Synopsis
“Mr. Moore, that girl is an impostor; she is Mr. Davis Gracia's daughter. Elisabeta is her name. She is the bride who was scorned on her wedding day. She is not your Xena, she is a fake” Elisabeta's heartbeat quickened as she heard those comments from the guy who had just barged into the room without warning. Why was she apprehended at the start of her transmigration story? This was different from all the transmigrated novels she'd read online; those ladies were only apprehended at the end of the story, or ten thousand chapters later! But it there was truly a transmigration into the 1700s, why is the haughty peacock wearing a Gucci Night gown? …. “Have you ever wondered where his son's mother is? Will you not flee in order to save your head?“ This line kept repeating in her thoughts. she would be deceiving herself if she claims that she didn't know the kind of man he was. This was the same man that put his cook's finger in a blender just because he added a lot of spices to the dish. a man who was self-willed and heartless but what if that was the devil she needed to gain back her dignity? cover's right belongs to me. Chapter 1 - Prologue

The atmosphere in the room grew strained, as if the air had been sent on a vacation. As her grey, weak eyes pled for pity, she grabbed the bedsheet as it became disheveled. The sweat on her temple showed how many times she was meant to depart this life if the feminine in front of her got any closer.

She winced as the female in a white coat stabbed her flesh for the seventh time with a needle. As her mind went blank, stars circled her head. The burn of her flesh touched her spirit and her cracked scarlet lips smiled.

'At long last, I'm leaving this ungrateful earth!' her still-functioning brain ministered to her as the anguish besieged her even more. But nothing happened! How come she hadn't passed on?

She opened her mouth as her heartbeat rose; her forehead was already red from the trouncing migraine that was interfering with her breathing. She tightened her grasp on the bed sheet as green veins appeared on her dry, frail cheekbones.

"How are you doing, Naomie?" She overhead the red-headed female in the lab coat ask. She struggled to get out of the bed, but her strength was well beyond her reach.

As she took up another syringe, the red-headed female chuckled. She kissed the tip of the needle and burst into laughter. This was like a long fulfilled desire to her. "It won't hurt, I promise" like a dove, she spoke but her intentions were far worse than the serpent moves.

The woman on the bed shook her head fervently as she tried to move out of her reach but all was to no avail. As another liquid was injected into her skin, she flinched.

"Tsk, tsk. You know your daughter is to blame for all this. If is shoot you or stab you with a knife, you could wind up in paradise instead of hell, therefore I chose to make you experience hell while your body is still alive on Earth. Am I not being overly generous, Naomie?" Naomie, the woman in the bed, could see the bloodlust in the feminine standing before her.

"Now tell me if you're in misery or delight?"

Naomie: "—"

"What's with the silence?" The red-headed female inquired, approaching the bedstand and grabbing Naomie by her hair, moving a portion of her body off the bed. "You should have perished twenty years ago when I threw you down the cliff with that worthless daughter of yours.

Why didn't you and your daughter die and spare me the suffering of killing you both over and over again?"

The red-headed female banged Naomie's head against the headboard of the bed, she felt as if her brain had exploded. Naomie watched as death danced about the bed she was laying on, but he hesitated to approach her, she would be thankful even if it was only his touch.

"I despise you, Naomie, and that shitty ass daughter of yours!" The red-headed female groaned but was cautious with her tone of speech so as not to draw awareness to the frigid chamber in which she was executing her act.

Naomie's lips shook as she tried to speak to the female attempting to end her life by all means possible. "Y-You shall be punished with your life. M-my daughter will get…"

"Shut the fuck up!" The red-headed female yelled and struck her in the face. "Elisabeta is a frightened young idiot; I'll murder her with the snap of my fingers, what's more, guess what? No one person, like you, will be able to save her from my fury. I…" she paused as she heard several steady footfall approaching the door.

She dashed to the door and pressed her body against it, blocking the other person from entering.

"The patient is resting; she does not require any disruption." regardless of how hard the red-headed female attempted to stop the other person's movement, he or she persisted.

"But…"

"I told you to LEAVE!" The red-headed female yelled and double-locked the door, ignoring the dying woman's gesturing hands. "She is well. Okay, just leave."

"Who are you?" A little voice called out from behind the closed door.

"Err," the red-headed female lowered her head and peered at the white coat she was wearing, her fingers running through through her hair as she attempted to think of something to say to the insistent lady. Her long, red fake nails pointed at the bold letters on her coat, one after the other and she said. "My name is Dr. Zelda from the surgical department"

She flinched in fear as she heard a giggle from behind the closed door. Was the insistent lady able to detect her lies?
