"Yeah, mother, I will visit." a lady with white hair said on a thin-length glass phone; her mother was being as nosy as always and slightly pushy, but Louie still loved her for it. "Yes, I know, I promise!"
~Louie, you have to come this time and bring someone home, will you?~ Louie's mother said in a tone that enunciated, 'you can not reject this'.
"Mom," Louie Remington yelled in embarrassment, and a red blush formed on her face. "I don't want to talk about that, ok!"
~why not? You are not getting any younger, and what of that boy? What was his name again?~
Louie's mother inquired, clearly in the mood for gossip to tell at her local hair salon.
"Darke," said Louie with a roll of her eyes and a silent breath. "And no mother!"
~Why Notttr!~ Louie's mother complained in a voice that made it sound like a child ranting that they didn't get their favorite toy.
"I don't want to talk about it!" Louie said aloud, and her mom got the message and stopped pestering her— for now.
