"Bash!" Derrick exclaimed as he looked up at his companion.
"Yes!" Bash replied.
"Is it possible we will ever get a break?" Derrick asked, his voice filled with exhaustion.
"Nope, as adventurers, we're destined to never catch a break!" Bash said with a grin, his eyes scanning their surroundings and observing.
The camera flipped to show both of them upside down, with chains wrapped around them and tied to the top of the gray bamboo prison they had been trapped in.
The bamboo creaked and groaned under the weight of their bodies, the rough fibers of the black chains digging into their skin.
The disgusting musty scent of damp earth and moss filled the air, and the only sound heard was the distant chirping of insects.
