"I am the most peace-loving guy. It was because of him that I had to do this." Alex shrugged his shoulders.
"Is that so?" Moltor could only believe his words. "And you sure like doing this normal work?"
He was talking about Alex's clothes. Alex was wearing his business outfit now.
"What? Is it wrong to live a normal life?" Alex raised his eyebrows at that. He didn't want anyone to slander how he was living right now.
"No, nothing is wrong with that." Moltor shook his head. "I want to know why did you come into my world? I know every high god has their own system."
"Uhh, mine's a bit different, and I don't want to live in there," Alex said nonchalantly.
"Would you mind letting me see it?" Moltor inquired a bit further. He didn't want to see an unknown high god live in his place and do whatever he wanted. He wants to know the reason.
"Sure." Alex agreed instantly, he didn't think too much if anyone wants to see how his system was.
Alex from the corner of his saw Yuki with an eager expression on his face. "You can see it too."
Snap
Instantly, their vision darkened, and they appeared in an empty space.
Alex told them to look down. "This is my star."
Beneath them was a huge star that was the size of a red dwarf. It had dark flames shooting out from time to time, and despite it being dark, its violet lights that flickered every few seconds illuminated all the planets that were revolving around it.
"And those are my planets." Alex then pointed his finger forward.
All the planets were charred black. However, there were still some water bodies and plants that could be seen. But, from their various colors, nobody knows what they truly were.
Moltor also saw massive armies on every planet. Every planet contains just one realm's people on it. However, those people or things he could say didn't look like they were alive. But they seemed to have souls in them.
It somehow reminded him of Hell.
Because the closest planet to the star had beings that were in the god's realm, while the farthest was just filled with body refiners.
Moltor became a bit jealous of it, but he quickly hid it. He asked. "What do you call this system?"
"Abyssal Star System." Alex said then snapped his finger again, being back everyone to Monia's house.
Moltor was about to say something else when Yuki spoke up. "Why do you guys have a star system? Why do you rule them?"
He said this because he couldn't contain himself anymore. Why do they have a star system under their control, and from the looks of it, everyone has a different system of their own?
Alex just opened his mouth when Moltor said. "Let me explain it."
He looked at Yuki and said. "It is mainly related to realms. From the start to finish, we refine our body to hold a star nucleus. That is what they say—mana core or whatever. Then, through that, we create a star in our body. And thus the realm came the Star Realm."
"Afterwards, we try to create planets and life on them. Which led to us becoming gods. That is the oversimplified version. I hope you understand, kid." He smiled at Yuki.
Yuki then nodded his head when suddenly he froze. He looked at Moltor and stuttered. "Then you are -?"
"The creator of this system," Alex spoke while taking the tea from Monia's tray.
Monia had just come and was shocked to hear this news. Moltor smiled at her. "Miss, don't be like that, or the tea might get cold."
"Ye- yes." Monia handed him the tea and quickly sat down beside Alex.
Moltor took a small sip and said. "You guys call it the solar system, but its actual name is Morning Star System."
"Okay, Morning Star ruler. Now, can you tell me your big scheme?" Alex rolled his eyes and told Moltor to say everything.
Moltor sighed. "Guess, can't stretch the conversation much further."
"You see, as a new High God, I am quite young in the galaxy." He sighed in distress.
Monia asked curiously."How old are you?"
"I am as old as the age of this solar system or much more. But to the scale of the universe, I can be considered a teenager." Moltor rubbed his chin as he answered.
Monia and Yuki froze upon hearing this. They felt this was the most absurd thing they had ever heard. She waved her hand. "Forget what I asked. Tell us what you wanted to say."
Moltor smiled a little; it looked like he had fun doing that. Then he slowly explained. "For that reason, I want to get our Galactic Emperor's attention. Maybe I could advance further with his help."
"And to do that, I wanted to make a small tournament that could catch everyone's attention just because the Great Culling is coming." With that, he finished his small but ambitious scheme.
"What is this Great Culling?" Alex raised his eyebrows.
Moltor said with a calm face."It is nothing; it is just a competition to weed out the weaker systems and get the chance to get close to the center of the Milky Way."
"Oh," Alex's interest reached the peak hearing that. 'This looks super fun!'
Yuki asked with concern. "Then we are also joining too, right?"
He knew they would join, but he wanted to hear it because he was a bit scared of how large this competition might be.
"Of, course. That's why I agreed with the fact that he could use my people for his own." Moltor pointed his finger at Alex, who was picking his ears.
"So, now for the main problem. Who will announce it to the world?" He asked Alex.
Alex, after thinking a little, answered. "You do it, and tell them I am your friend."
"Okay," Moltor got up and was about to leave when he turned his head at Yuki."I hope I see you in action soon."
