For a long time now, Veron had continuously told him to quit addressing him as 'your highness', but he didn't know how to bring himself to do that.
Back in their hometown, it was a crime punishable by death to address royalty without their titles. And to add to it, Veron was an alpha, not even a beta. If his brothers, who were betas would not take it, he saw no reason why Veron should settle for anything less.
"This is not Silver Lake Gideon. I have humans working here who don't know anything about me, where I come from, or what I used to be. I can't have you addressing me as 'your highness' here. You either call me by my name, call me boss or you return to Silver Lake." Veron stated.
