In a blink of an eye, it was already Saturday. Nora stopped the alarm as it rang, it had been such a long time that she had taken a weekend off.
Nora had assigned some of her work to Assistant Anthony and brought the remaining home.
Nora really had to sleep for another one hour before getting up, she felt so relaxed and sleepy.
After about an hour, she got up from bed lazily and walked to the bathroom, her bath was a very long one. Nora had to soap her body thrice before coming out, it was like the best day of her life.
Nora didn't want to wear the outfits she wears during business trips and meetings so she just dressed simple.
She wore a yellow gown and a black shoe, she didn't put on makeup nor did she wear a body showing gown like other ladies when going for a date.
Nora called after she was done and he texted the address to her. "No manners, he couldn't even pick me up".
Anyways she wasn't expecting much from him because she didn't even like him a bit.
She got to where the address stated and scrutinized the entire restaurant before finding him.
He sat closed to the window, he was in a suit, which was definitely unnecessary.
Nora greeted before sitting opposite him.
Nora didn't bother to smile, she wasn't really excited about the date anyways.
You are...dressed casually".
Yeah, so?" Nora raised her eyebrows.
Nothing, what will you like to order?"
Water should be enough".
Dylan signaled to the waitress and she came hurriedly. He ordered water for them both.
After about ten minutes we started talking but she wasn't really free with him though, he felt so distant from her but she just ignored her feelings and continued the discussion.
Nora managed to keep a smiling face, she really needed to have a relationship. She wasn't in an hurry to have one but it was really necessary.
After about two hours, they were done and ready to leave.
They walked out of the restaurant and stood near the road to find a cab for Nora
Dylan stared at her and thought "She's beautiful, natural, casual and perfect"
Nora felt really uncomfortable due to his stares so she parted ways and crossed to the other side.
Swiftly parting ways, Nora hailed a cab and left. She had a great time though, he wasn't a funny guy but he didn't hide that. Dylan was just being himself.
Nora smiled before closing her eyelids.
... Jason couldn't do anything meaningful throughout the day, he was already so familiar with Nora.
He even wanted to call her to get his lunch but he remembered that she went on a date. He didn't really have any feelings for her but she covers so much for him which made him really miss her.
