After telling his advisor that he decided to stay for a little while longer, Henry worried that the mug Arthur held in his hands would soon be used to knock him over his head. He stood on guard with his eyes slightly widened.
"Don't stay here on my behalf," Lord Arthur insisted, using the angriest tone Henry had ever heard from him. "There's plenty else for you to worry about."
The commander noticed Arthur's accent getting thicker the more emotion-fueled his words. Irene was the same way. He had to keep from smiling, realizing this fact.
"Sir, I assure you that my work isn't being neglected because of this," Henry assured the old knight. "I have sent for assistants and my healer. They should be here in a few days. Felix has the knighthood under control. You know how capable he is."
