Rosalind's husband left early in the morning for work after hearing the night before that the duke was visiting their town as he journeyed around Tenetium. He was eager to see the knights and pay his respects to the duke.
Her thoughts were similar but not exactly.
Henry was supposed to be among the knights who were arriving and she found herself excited to see someone who wasn't a maid or an in law. While she enjoyed time with her husbands family, it would be refreshing to see an old friend.
Now that she was approaching one month of motherhood, it was getting a bit easier. Though sitting around while the world passed her by made her feel a little bit lonely, she knew her daughter would soon move around more then her work would really be cut out for her.
