When Earl Auden had been in contact with Henry about finally meeting his advisors, he thought the nobleman would have suggested they visit his pristine home further north standing at the edge of the mountains where the large mine he owned stood.
Instead, the earl told Henry that they would arrive at the Duke's Tower in a couple of weeks. Reading these words put Henry into a frenzy and he met with his head maids and servants about the state of the exterior.
While basic things had been cleaned up such as the brick pathway that covered the ground outside the front door and old weeds that had grown over much of the gardens bordering the building, it was barren at best.
