Though he tended to overthink, Henry was able to finish everything piling up on his desk so that he could head into the evening with a clear mind. The temptation to write a letter to the princess about how he felt rose to the surface many times but he resisted it until he was away from his desk.
For much of the day, he was subjected to smelling the wonderful food being prepared in the kitchen and he looked forward to the evening where he would be able to taste more of what the servants had to offer. In the weeks he had been in Tenetium, he enjoyed each meal prepared for him.
Since the sun was getting close to the horizon, Henry left his office.
Before he could shut the door, he turned to marvel at a space that he would have never dreamed could be his. There were bookshelves in the corner standing near his desk and large windows giving him a great view of what Chemois had to offer.
