To say that Henry spread himself thin was an understatement.
While Sir Alix spent his time making sure that Henry was organizing his new life in a way where he was forced to delegate his responsibilities to others so the load wouldn't be too much to bear, there was still a lot more to be done than he could have ever imagined.
Commander Lothian had given him a quick overview of the types of documents he would likely have to look over while he was organizing himself as the duke, but Henry had greatly underestimated the amount. People throughout the dukedom of Tenetium were very interested in hearing about who Duke Mattson was.
Considering the lack of nobility or capital in Chemois or Tenetium, there was never a time for him to be formally introduced to the people he was supposed to be presiding over. It gave him an air of mystery that he hadn't considered before he was appointed duke.
