The amount of guests in the banquet hall or wandering the castle were dwindling and even some of Commander Lothian's knights had already gone back. Despite his suggestion to leave, he wasn't going to be strict about when they left considering he wanted Celia to have her fill of the castle before she left. He didn't know when there would be an opportunity to bring her along in the future or if she had a desire to return one day.
Even though he would have normally already left, he stuck around to make sure she was having a good time.
However, he couldn't help notice a silence had befallen them and he looked down at the woman who seemed to be lost in thought.
"Is everything alright?" he asked her.
Celia's eyes seemed to refocus when she heard Callum's voice and a small smile graced her lips as she looked up at him.
