Chapter 231 - Spring Shower

Henry didn't know if it was fortunate or unfortunate that he didn't hear anything else from the stone for the duration of the night. 

He had done all sorts of things to try to trigger it - even going so far as to put it next to the fire until the stone was hot. When he took the stone away from it, he found it strange that it seemed to be equally heated throughout rather than just the side that faced the fire. 

It remained silent and he put the stone back on his pack so it wouldn't roll away while he wasn't holding it. 

As his dark brown eyes focused on their surroundings again, the height of the mountain giving him a good view of the far-off horizons, he noticed the land remained dark even though the sun was starting to rise.

He could see layers of clouds and realized that a mass of clouds was forming and moving forth. They would undoubtedly bring a large storm with them.
