Henry turned in the direction the commander was approaching him from.
"No luck, I assume?" Henry asked.
"Nothing," the commander said. "I was here only a few years ago. There isn't a sign of what happened except for fire."
Feeling that it was finally safe, he dismounted off of the back of his horse and led it forward.
"We still ought to spend time indoors," Callum continued. "The inn is still standing in one piece and it's structurally sound. We'll allow the horses to sleep in the basement and we'll go to the second floor where the beds are."
Henry sheathed his sword and slipped off Melan's back.
"Hopefully the beds are in one piece and there's a place to light a fire," Henry said.
The commander nodded and they began their short journey forth.
