Amaya used her hands as a pillow and directed her gaze to the two stars below Polaris.
"I did not regret it. I got to know my parent's family and I met new friends. I just feel that I am exhausted." Amaya sighed. "I want to start working on my new jewelry design but I have no time. I want to concoct medicinal plants but I also don't have time."
Marx cast a sideway glance at her. He suddenly had the urge to gather her in his arms to comfort her. He sat down and looked at Amaya tenderly.
"I watched a documentary about young children who were inflicted with cancer and leukemia. They are so young and my heart ached to see some of them die."
"The father of one of the children featured in that show reminded me of my Daddy. He would do everything in his power just so his son can be cured."
Amaya tilted her head and looked at Marx hopefully.
