"If you don't want to sell that, then maybe you could gift it to me?"
Marx pursed his lips. The General was really thick-skinned and shameless!.
"I am sorry, General. This horse is not for sale." Marx said politely. He maintained a smile on his face.
"These are male and female horses. I wanted to breed them so I could not give it away." Amaya interjected. She felt that Marx would break down if he continued to speak with the general.
The general cursed silently. How dare he refuse a general? He is just a mere bodyguard! The general tried to maintain an expressionless face. A princess was still standing in front of him and he could not show the fact that he wanted the horse badly.
"Princess, you must be tired. Please take a rest in the tent. We will escort you back to the hunting ground tomorrow." General Maza said in a respectful tone. His gaze was fixed on the little cub that Amaya was holding.
