Rain knocked on the door of Lyre's room. Initially, he checked his room, presuming Lyre might be there. But it turned out the merman returned to his room instead.
"Who's that?" Lyre asked as he tossed on the bed, feeling rather uncomfortable.
His body was itching him, and he desired to have a warm bath, but he was too tired to lift a limb.
"I'm the one, Lyre. I got what you asked for." Rain said before he opened the door and walked in.
At the sight of a restless Lyre on the bed, he rushed towards him.
"Lyre? Are you alright?" Rain kept the things he bought on the bedside table, and sat on the bed. He felt Lyre's forehead before he frowned.
"Lyre?"
Lyre peered up at Rain. "I want to take a warm bath. Please run it for me." Lyre rasped.
"Are you okay? Is the—"
"I just need to have my bath, Rain." Lyre turned his face to the side.
The smell wafting from the doughnuts Rain and his mother baked wasn't pleasant to his nose.
