For next week Adam life was normal except Vikram who for some reason started to avoid him after incident with Mac.
Physical training area.
"Sir I wish to quit fist combat class" Adam said to instructor Leo who was dumbfound hearing this.
"Why?"
He asked not understand as he just heard that Adam quit the whip combat class just yesterday and now he want quit.
"I think I don't have anything more to learn here" Adam said hesitantly even though it was truth as he already by Hearted inspector Leo combat technique.
Wanting to learn more he cannot limit himself in the fist combat classes anymore if he had fight he need more technique that are useful in multiple situations and fist technique are not of them because fist where not precise and destructive as a sword also having limited range giving it a position in "not now list"
"OK" instructor Leo accept without any further reasoning
because after everything settle down Adam become famous because of how he withstood miss Michelle pressure without breaking any sweat.
But not all believed because this was absurd to hear.
"A first-year student withstanding pressure of the teacher"
One student remarked,
But instructor Leo knew that it far from the truth as he looked at Adam standing nonchalantly with slide fear in his heart remembering everything for, he saw on the CCTV for the control room, how he faced the world's second strongest man alive without even blinking and also his massive power output that he showcased that put even teachers in the academy in shame.
After receive the permission to quit the combat class without any hassle Adam moved to middle of the training room and sat down on the floor looking around curiously.
He shifted for student wielding swords to student wielding spear and many more with each shift of his head Adam learned new techniques without wasting any time.
As Adam was taking his time learning the techniques of the instructor someone came up behind him without him knowing.
"Adam what are you doing here"
Suddenly hearing his name called from behind Adam was startled and instantly regained his composure looking back at the person.
"Now what alexander?" he asked alexander who was standing behind him.
"Nothing just walked here on my way to my combat training area when I saw you here sitting here just looking into nothing"
Alexander said.
Hearing which Adam did not continued to ask anything and focused on his work.
But as Adam continued to watch aimlessly alexander spoke
"I am here to apologize to you"
Hearing which Adam was left speechless'
Why would he not the great alexander was here to apologize to him but what bothered him was why.
Seeing Adam's speechless face alexander said.
"For not believing in what you said and mocking you saying that you were telling lie"
The speechless Adam was left even more speechless by what alexander said, he did not say anything for some time but as the time passed an awkward silents formed between the them.
Adam stepped into break this awkward silent as he spoke.
"it's okay and it's not like I can prove everything that I said anyway so forget it no hard feeling"
After finishing Adam held out his hand for a shake.
Hearing it a light smile formed on the alexander's face with that smile alexander shake Adam's hand without a seconds thought and said with a smile.
"You are good person different from the one that always curses my father"
Hearing which Adam regretted forgiving him for free.
"Ok then see you continue doing whatever you were doing let's see each other later" Alexander said as he walked away towards his spear training area leaving behind Adam there who was now back to looking around.
1 week later.
Adam spends a whole week looking around inside the academy training hall now having more than hundred techniques.
"Why is everyone making flashy techniques nowadays not even one is effective" Adam sighed as he remembered the time he had sends in the Hall of fame even if they were basic moment that he did for every weapon, they were more effective than almost all the techniques the new students in the academy used.
Alexander walked toward Adam who was laying down on the floor exhausted after wasting his time other students.
"Why are you spending your time laying around the floor, Adam?"
Adam already knew that he will be asked this question by some one so he was ready the excuse.
"Ah you see I do not have any combat experience and if I just as ask someone to have spar with me the first thing that he do is mock me which I don't want, so I just look around trying understand fighting style of each and every one training here" Adam said.
Hearing which alexander showed a knowing face.
"If don't mind would like have spar….NO!!"
Adam interrupted alexander haft way through what he was saying which confused alexander
Did you not just want to have fighting experience?...
Seeing the alexander face Adam clarified.
"Alexander your too eye catching if I have spar with you and some way scratched you the whole female student will become my enemy making my life harder than it was so the answer is NO, I don't want to have spar with you"
Thinking about what Adam just said a light embarrass smile formed on his face which instantly turned back to his stoic face.
"If you don't what to spar then why not go online and search for one"
"Did you think I never thought of that I searched the whole internet I did not find anything" Adam said to alexander when he heard him.
Adam did spend a lot of time searching in the internet but for some reason internet was too clean there was no mention about any breaks that happened inside the wall as if the internet was clean of any and all, except some mentions in the news as if they are hiding it from common people.
He also found many conspiracies theorist stating that it some conspiracy by the government form then to force then to stay inside the dome for human experimented for they are lab rats but this theory was short lived as the will be removed or the writer will be vanishing the next day only for them to reappear months after with an apology video with way different cut and behaviour that resemble a military personal.
See which he understood that internet was controlled by the government so he quit is searching.
"Did you search on Arcane Avenue?" alexander asked to Adam.
"Arcane Avenue?? NO, I did not know, what is it?" Adam was dumbfounded when heard about and asked.
"Its natural Arcane Avenue you would know about it" alexander stated as if he was stating most common thing.
