After reviewing and doing a double check, he started creating his very first being of his universe. When he started the process, an enormous amount of dark energy gets absorbed inside him and use it to power his process of creation.
After a long period of creating process, he was finally done. His very first creation is complete.
What stands in front of him is a gigantic being with a size bigger than the nebulas in the surrounding space. It has a blank white body like a blank sheet of paper. Its body was made of an unknown material which looks like a rock but so delicately carved, it looks like a sheet of polished marvel. Furthermore, it has a humanoid shape. There was only a Y shaped deep curves instead of a face with expression burning with a bluish white light like his own soul form.
He then analyzed his 1st creation and summarize it in a simplified version.

They are the apex beings created by the consciousness of the universe, with intellectual second only to it.

—Domain : The universe has bestowed upon them with partial authority over the universe. They can effect and change anything, even dark matter inside a certain area around itself freely.
- Law of Space : They have innate mastery over space. They can instantly teleport to any corner of the universe freely.
— Omniscience : They are a race of intellectual being, having intelligence second only to the consciousness of the universe itself.
— Role : Every being of this species have a certain role, bestowed upon them by the universe. The type of role they have to perform greatly influenced their physical form and manifest unique abilities to perform that role.
Reproduction
Unlike any other lifeforms, they have a unique process of reproduction. They passively absorb and store dark matter inside a certain organ. When the organ is complete filled it gets detached from them and takes form of a mature guardian.
Responsibility
They are apex beings created by the universe for a certain purpose. They have unimaginable power's, but a great power comes with a great responsibility. They are responsible for the security and the stable growth of the universe.
Likewise, they will roam the whole universe creating Star's, planets and various lifeforms.
After reviewing everything, he smiled inwardly.
This species is his very 1st creation and maybe be the greatest one for a very long time. He has created them after a long and hard work of combining and modifying samples from the data given to him by Lisa.
He has created them while keeping in mind a purpose for them. Not only that, but he wants them to roam his universe and created many lifeforms both sentient and non-sentient.
Furthermore, he has also stored all the data about lifeforms from the previous universe inside their DNA so that they can use them to create more amazing lifeforms, as he can't be everywhere.
After sorting out his thoughts, he looks at his creation. " You are the first being to be created after the birth of the universe. I give you the role of order and bestowed upon you the name 'AGAPE, THE JUDGE'." He said the last part in a loud and majestic tone.
" You are the one with intelligence greater than any of your kind for judging others, and power& might second only to me to implement that judgement. Do not disappoint me child." said all that like a father giving a big responsibility to his children.
While he was speaking, enormous amount of dark matter get absorbed into Agape body. His outer body gets covered by a deep blue colored armor. Two white horns grows from the backside of his head, and curving upward In front of hi forehead turning into a majestic crown. His was the result of majesty combined with practical use, with a touch of futuristic design.
After the process was over, he kneels Infront of him. Seeing Agape action, he moves and settles in front of his face.
" I will engrave every command of yours to my very soul. I Agape the Judge, will devote my whole existence to the purpose and role you have bestowed upon me Father." Agape said in a deep, wise tone. His voice was like a deep abyss. He sounds like an ancient being speaking for the time after a sleeping for hundreds of thousands of years.
" My blessings will be with you, child. Now go and forge this dark universe into a paradise." Said in a commanding tone.
"As you wish, Father." Agape replied and vanished while wrapping to an unknown corner of the universe.
