"I'm inside the belly of a powerful creature that lives deep within the bottom of the Fog Sea," he muttered as he endured the hideous smell originating from the sticky and slimy substance surrounding his body.
Activating the inscribed bracelet on his left wrist, an ice QI chain shot out from the bracelet before ripping through the sticky and slimy substance enveloping him.
"It's really huge," able to stand properly in the stomach of the sea monster, Shung Yun said as he looked at the organs of the sea monster and other substances littered around its massive stomach, "I wonder how long I've been unconscious?"
Walking away from the direction of the pulling force in the stomach of the sea monster, he swapped the grey turning round pearl in the middle of his bracelet for a new spiritual Qi stone.
Although having the attacking power of a lower-rank dantian unsealing realm cultivator, he still couldn't compare with a middle-stage orange rank equipment specialized in restriction and attack.
Stopping at an area with fewer organs and muscles in the sea monster, Shung Yun stretched out his left hand as the bracelet on his wrist glowed before sending out three[3] ice Qi chains lashing towards the right side of the sea beast.
Purcch!! Purcch!! Purcch!!
"Eeeww!!" a loud shriek escaped from the maw of the sea monster as blood flowed out from the hideous injury at the right side of it.
Seeing the inner body of the sea monster's quickly contracting, Shung Yun jumped towards the blood covered injury of the sea monster despite it still having a few flesh on it.
No longer able to make use of the inscribed bracelet due to expending the entire Qi in the pearl-like stone on it, his left eye was immediately swallowed by darkness, leaving no light to reflect on it.
"Eeeeww!!!" the sea monster shrieked more loudly than the last time, driving the sea waters around it into chaos.
Exiting the inner body of the sea monster after passing through the burnt part of it, Shung Yun had no burnt mark on his robe and his body, appearing as sticky and slimy as when he left the slimy substance.
Turning his head back as he swam away from the area containing the sea monster, he saw a huge, long snake completely covered by black colored scales and a single, gold horn on its head.
"A semi-awakened flood dragon!" the thought appeared on his mind before a fast, huge, powerful tail slammed into his body and sent him flying.
Bam!!
Forcing his mouth close in order to avoid taking in sea water, he resisted the urge to throw up the blood gathered in his mouth after receiving the attack of the full-rank upper-stage fierce beast and slamming on the structure behind him.
"Eeeww!!" the semi-awakened flood dragon shrieked once again as the black flames burning the right side of its neck continued despite coming in contact with the sea water.
"It's finally leaving," Shung Yun thought as he sustained his breath and his body while watching the semi-awakened flood dragon leave.
!!
Taking off his left glove after seeing the glow struggling to illuminate through it, he felt a connection between the tattoos in his left hand to the structure behind him.
Turning towards the structure, he saw a high wall in front of him before seeing a nine[9] meters high pagoda after moving his irises higher.
"My opportunity to truly grow stronger lies in here," Shung Yun thought as he swam a little higher, passing above the fence and entering the yard of the three-storied pagoda.
Thud!!
"Ugh!" groaning in pain after landing on the ground from over a height of three[3] meters, he laid on the ground as the feeling of exhaustion flooded through him.
Turning his body to face in the direction of the sea's surface, he saw the water current of the sea separating after making contact with the transparent force field acting as a barrier around the yard of the pagoda.
Staying motionless for a while, Shung Yun gradually did away with his exhaustion before getting up on his feet and walking towards the entrance of the pagoda.
Refusing to bulge irrespective of the force used by Shung Yun, the bronze door with the carving of a snake with its maw wide open remained ever cold and immovable.
Stopping his actions, Shung Yun began inspecting the layout of the door, seeking to find a clue to open the shut bronze door.
"That isn't right," he muttered as he focused on the eyes of the carved snake after a couple of minutes of inspection.
Staying on the eyes of the carved snake for over twenty[20] seconds, the abnormality of the eyes of the carved snake became clear to him.
"The right vertical pupil is a little out of place," he said as he placed his index and thumb fingers on the tilted vertical pupil of the carved snake before tilting it back into place.
!!
A light mechanical sound echoed from the door after Shung Yun's action on the vertical pupil of the carved snake.
Trying his luck on the door once again, Shung Yun pushed it open without any resistance on his part.
"That must be the mechanism to get the door open," he said as he cautiously stepped into the pagoda containing his opportunity to not only increase his strength, but also his life's natural order.
Bam!!
The bronze door immediately closed after the participant for the inheritance trial stepped through it, leaving no room for the participant to depart without either completing the inheritance trials, or giving up his right to ever stepped into the inheritance ground ever again.
Tu!!
The candles in the first floor immediately lit after the bronze door shut itself, illuminating the entire floor and revealing a two[2] meters tall, two[2] headed dwarf with four[4] hands and a pig's nose.
"Defeat the warrior in front of you to receive the dew of Na'ydairus," an aged voice sounded out in the room after the unveiling of the Nazakian warrior.
With his battle-axe in his hand after the illumination of the candles, Shung Yun vigilant grew as he felt no response from his inscribed items.
"My connection with them has been blocked," he thought as he stared warily at the two[2] meters tall, two[2] headed dwarf with four[4] hands and a pig's nose, "and I have a feeling that I won't be able to use Dark Fury for a while."
"Begin," the aged voice sounded out once more as it prompted the dwarf to dashed towards Shung Yun.
"It's not that fast," Shung Yun thought as he determined the speed of the two[2] meters tall, two[2] headed dwarf with four[4] hands and a pig's nose.
Still wary of his surrounding, he decided to quickly take care of his opponent in order to handle any unforseen circumstances without any external trouble from him.
Dashing towards the two[2] meters tall, two[2] headed dwarf, he brought his battle-axe backward before swinging it diagonally at his left shoulder.
Sllch!! Clang!!
Having a surprised expression on his face as he looked at the result of his attack, Shung Yun began reevaluating the battle strength of the two[2] meters tall, two[2] headed dwarf.
Bam!! Bam!! Bam!!!
"Puah!" spitting out blood as he retreated after receiving a palm attack from the two[2] meters tall, two[2] headed dwarf on his right side of his ribs, he came a stop after taking more than six[6] steps backwards.
"Average speed of a peak body tempering realm cultivator, defence of a full-rank middle-stage fierce beast, and an attack of same full-rank middle-stage fierce beast," analyzing the major battle strengths of the two[2] meters tall, two[2] headed dwarf while flexing his hands due to the pain from blocking two[2] of his palm attacks, Shung Yun watched him pull out his battle-axe before flinging it away and then dash towards him.
"He must be a thorough palm cultivator," he thought as he took advantage of his speed to avoid the attacks of the two[2] meters tall, two[2] headed dwarf while gradually moving towards his battle-axe, "I'll need to make use of my essence if I want to end the battle quickly."
Confirming his strategy, the feeling around him changed as his eyes turned completely red in color.
