Shooting his head back up, a red light shone out of Shung Yun's irises and illuminated the space in front of him.
**
"Then we have no choice; keep an eye on young master Bokan's activities. I don't want to harm your family because I was caught off guard," Bai Tzu said after hearing Yang Be's words.
"I understand," Yang Be said as his heart spiked up hearing Bai Tzu's threat.
"Also make sure Shung Yun knows you're no longer the owner of the land. He should go after young master Bokan if he needs the land," Bai Tzu said to Yang Be.
"Alright. I'll be taking my leave now," Yang Be said before leaving the underground basement.
"I need to speed up my action," Bai Tzu muttered as he went back to his cultivation.
Getting on his carriage, he said to his servant, "to the Tanji Family Courtyard."
"Yes, my lord," the servant riding the four[4] wheeled carriage said before rocking the halter connected to the two[2] horses pulling the carriage.
**
"Go," Shung Yun said as he rocked the halter on Haru's neck.
Getting Yang Be's location, as well as the route he'll have to follow to get to young master Bokan, Shung Yun decided to intercept him before he made things impossible for him by handing his land documents to Bokan.
"I'll intercept him there," he said as he made his mind on where he's going to take action against Yang Be.
**
Wussh!! Purcch!!
An arrow bolted forward before piercing into the right side of Yang Be's servant's head and sprouting out of the left side of his head, with blood accompanying it.
"Neigh!!" the horses neighed in fear as they began running at their fastest speed.
"What the hell are doing!? Slow down before you kill me!" Yang Be shouted as he held onto the seats of the carriage.
"Hey, watch it!" a pedestrian shouted as he hurriedly dashed out of the road, dodging the speeding carriage horses by an inch.
"Now," Shung Yun muttered as the horses bolted past him, presenting the carriage in front of him.
Pushing his right leg into the ground, he shot forward before smashing into the carriage, breaking it apart and stumbling the horses in the process.
Flipping himself up and out of the broken remains of the carriage, Shung Yun moved towards the bleeding, fat middle aged man before pulling him out of the debris of the destroyed carriage.
"Hey, don't you dare die yet," seeing Yang Be unconscious, he shook him for a while before slapping him across his face.
!!
"Now that's better," Shung Yun said as Yang Be regained consciousness after receiving the slap.
"Uohg!" Yang Be groaned as he felt pain on the left side of his stomach after regaining his consciousness.
"Yeah, I'll advice you to avoid making any random movement. That looks really nasty," Shung Yun said as he looked at the piece of wood piercing into the left side of Yang Be's stomach, "say, why don't we make a deal? You give me the documents of your land and also sign in this document of mine, and I'll get you to a medical hall to get your injury treated. What do you say?"
"M...my family w..will die if I d..do," Yang be stuttered in-between his words as he said to Shung Yun.
"I know you're scared that Bai Tzu will harm your family if he's exposed, but I won't let that happen if you do as I say. You just have to sign your lands over to me and I'll help you get together with your family again," Shung Yun said with an honest expression on his face.
"H..how did you?" disbelief shone across Yang Be's face as he asked Shung Yun.
"The means available to me isn't something a town like Yuhan can possibly imagine. Bai Tzu won't even see me coming," Shung Yun with utmost confident.
"Who a..are you?" Yang Be asked as the fog shrouding the teenager in front of him intensified.
"Who I am isn't important right now. Your response is what is really important now," Shung Yun said as held Yang Be's body from falling back to the ground.
Seeing no path for him except the one granted by the teenager, Yang Be nodded, "I agree. Help me save my family."
"You have my word," Shung Yun said as a paper and an inked quill appeared in his hand.
"Nmn," Yang Be groaned as he weakly held onto the inked quill given to him by Shung Yun.
Enduring his pain for the sake of his life and the lives of his family, he completed the signing process before accessing his blood-linked storage ring to get his land documents, "here are the documents."
"Thanks. Peace be unto you," Shung Yun joined his palms together as he bowed his head.
Taking hold of the wood piercing the left side of Yang Be's stomach, he pushed it further down his stomach until it emerged from his back.
"Puah!" Yang Be's eyes widened in shock as he spat out blood while looking at the teenage face in front of him.
"Sweet dreams, Mr. Be," Shung Yun said as he watched the light in Yang Be's eyes slowly dimming before totally going out.
Carrying Yang Be's corpse, he turned to face the road as a black colored wild-horse stopped in front of him.
Keeping Yang Be's corpse on Haru's back, Shung Yun hopped on his horse's back before riding towards the medical hall closest to him.
Six[6] minutes later...
Carrying Yang Be's corpse down from Haru's back, Shung Yun dashed towards the entrance of the medical hall while screaming.
"He's dying! He needs help!!" he shouted as he rushed into the medical hall, "can anyone come attend to him!?"
Responding to the screams of the teenager, a middle-stage female youth ran towards him with a stretcher before saying, "put him on the stretcher and explain to me exactly what happened."
"He was attacked in his carriage right in front me. Before I could understand what was going on, the attacker has already left, leaving behind a wrecked carriage in his wake," Shung Yun said as he spoke quickly.
"He's cold," the middle-stage female youth thought as she checked the pulse on Yang Be's right wrist.
Lowering the right side of her head towards Yang Be's face, the urgent expression on her face vanished after feeling no breath of air hitting the side of her face.
Touching the side of his neck to double check Yang Be's status, the middle-stage female youth sighed before turning her face towards Shung Yun and saying, "he's gone."
"No," Shung Yun muttered as his knees dropped to the ground.
"I'm really sorry for your loss. Are you related?" the female youth consoled Shung Yun before asking him for his relationship with the deceased.
"We might not be related by blood, but the few times I've spent with him are really the best moment of my life," Shung Yun said to the female apprentice with a sorrowful expression painted across his face, "he was more than just a business partner, he was like a father to me."
"I'm truly sorry for your loss. Do you know if he has any family member?" the female apprentice asked.
"He has a wife and a son. But they're in a very dangerous situation," Shung Yun said as he spoke softly, "it might just be the cause of his death."
"Have you reported to the enforcers about it?" the female apprentice asked.
"No," Shung Yun shook his head in response to the female apprentice's question, "senior Be was threatened to never report to the enforcers otherwise his wife and son will be killed."
"I'm going to call the enforcers right now. Tell them everything about his death and his family's hostage situation before it's too late," the female apprentice said to Shung Yun before pushing the stretcher with Yang Be's corpse on top towards the morgue.
Having an enforcement unit consisting of three[3] enforcers responding to the call of the female apprentice, the leading enforcer said to Shung Yun, "tell us all you know about Mr. Yang Be's death and his family's hostage situation."
Looking at the leading enforcer with terror exuding out of his eyes, Shung Yun said, "it's related to shadow claw."
