In the main streets of Evardin heading to the castle, the Haystone's carriage came to a halt because two cargo carriages had been stuck in the middle of the way due to an accident. Jennifer who was very eager to arrive at the castle after the letter she received yesterday was fuming when the coachman came by the carriage's door.
"Why did you suddenly stop? I need to be in the castle for breakfast!" She yelled at the coachman. The noble lady who was refined and kind was only for a show. When no one of notable background was present, she did not mind showing her true colors.
Jennifer woke up earlier than usual because she was expecting to join the King for breakfast. Thinking that the letter of invitation she received yesterday was from the king, she was beyond ecstatic.
