Chapter 323 - Chapter 323

Ramiel smiled and asked the seven to finally join him as they headed up to meet with the rest of his earth family. He even made a simple but terrifying remark: if his fathe Guan Yu was seen overpowering Sigma that easily, they should be weary if Grandpa Tang and Grandma Mao, who were the ones that trained him,

Hearing this made the seven feel a sense of unease, knowing that Ramiel's grandparents must be incredibly powerful if they were the ones who trained him and his adoptive father. Despite their apprehension, they followed Ramiel and Guan Yu up to meet with the rest of his earth family.

Coincidentally, Ramiel asks his father if he has seen Grandpa Tang get really mad. Guan Yu's expression changes, saying only that he was absolutely terrifying. Unlike Grandma Mao, she might be loud and a bit outspoken, but when she does get mad, it is reasonable, and seeing her get mad was a normal state of mind, But Grandpa Tang's calm and soft spoken demeanor will vanish, and a raging force of destruction and rage will emerge. Ramiel's father shares stories of Grandpa Tang's anger, leaving Ramiel both intrigued and slightly afraid to witness it for himself. He realizes that his grandfather's calm demeanor hides a powerful and unpredictable side that he never knew existed.

As they reached the top, floor, all nine walked out of the elevator as soon as they entered the room. The Ramiels family and close friend were staying, and all seven were openly accepted without question. Amelia instantly walked toward Beta and asked her to introduce the rest. The seven were introduced to all those who were in Mrs. Lin Siniang's office,

The laughter and conversation continued while the seven indulged in eating and gained knowledge of what was normal and what was expected of them during their stay. Beta made sure to explain the customs and traditions of the Ramiels family, ensuring that they felt comfortable and welcomed in their new surroundings. The evening ended with promises of more adventures and discoveries to come during their time together.

As the day ended, Ramiel gave the seven instructions to explore the city, learn more about the human psychological mindset, and be as human as possible, as they would need this information to blend in seamlessly with the human population. The seven eagerly accepted the task, excited to delve deeper into the intricacies of human behavior and psychology during their stay.

Ramiel gave them two days, and within that time he will try to proceed with his plan to connect the void and the other realm. Within that period, he wishes to meet his two fiancees, Hilas and Irles, as soon as he can, knowing anything has already eluded his attention and the information he receives concerning the two is vague and conflicting. He hoped that meeting them in person would provide some clarity and insight into what really happened.

The following day, Ramiel woke up in his old bed and smelled the fresh aroma of tea and the baked bread that his mother personally baked. Grandma Mao now gave his mother full responsibility to manage their breakfast at home, while Grandma Mao would be the one to cook for lunch and dinner, which would be both of their responsibilities. Ramiel savored the comforting routine that had always been a constant in his life, especially during times of uncertainty. He knew that, no matter what happened , he could always count on his family for support and stability.

Ramiel casually walked into the kitchen, taking in the familiar sights and sounds that brought him a sense of peace. As he sat down at the table, he couldn't help but feel grateful for the love and care his family always showed him. Ariella trailed behind him, her small hand tugging at his shirt, her sleep-filled eyes peering up at him. Amelia and Guan Yu, already up and abuzz with life, engaged in a tender conversation, their voices laced with the sweetness of their enduring love.

Ramiel smiled at the sight of his family members interacting with each other, feeling a warm sense of belonging. Despite the challenges they faced, their bond remained strong and unwavering. Everything was perfect until a loud, thundering sound rumbled under the basement training facility under their home, A bunch of people suddenly burst from the basement as these people were screaming; it was Siera, Echo, and Delta. They were scared out of their minds, as Ramiel rushed to see what was happening. The unexpected intrusion left them all in a state of shock and confusion, wondering what could have caused such a commotion.

The three quickly ran toward the kitchen and begged their master to open the void so they could hide from Grandma Mao. Ramiel never expected to see their reaction like that, this was a clear sign that something serious was happening. Ramiel hesitated for a moment before finally agreeing to open the void, knowing that Grandma Mao's unexpected manner of handling them must have been the cause of their fear. As they entered the void, Ramiel noticed a sense of urgency in their eyes, indicating that the situation was indeed dire. Grandma Mao's presence alone was enough to send shivers down their spines, making them realize the gravity of the situation they were in.

So when she came out of the basement and went straight toward the kitchen, she was holding an old Chinese textbook about Etiquette and Conduct for Women and Girls by Lady Tsao, who was one of a few thousand children that Grandma Mao fostered during her time as a teacher in China. The sight of the book in her hands made Ramiel and the others realize that Grandma Mao was not only there to scold them, but also to impart wisdom and guidance from her own experiences.

"Where are those three rascals?"

"They beg me nonstop to train them, and as soon as I turn my back, they disappear,"

Grandma Mao muttered to herself as she scanned the room. The teachings in the old Chinese textbook were a reminder of the importance of discipline and respect, values that she hoped to instill in them.,

" Grandma , they are not yet accustomed to earth's culture, please give them some time to adjust."

Grandma Mao was still upset as her face was still frowning, but soon after Ramiel held her hand and gently restrained them, she finally calmed down and nodded in understanding, realizing that patience and understanding were key in helping the three newcomers adapt to their new surroundings. She made a mental note to approach their training with a gentler touch, knowing that building trust and rapport would be crucial to their development.

"Remember, Grandma , they came from a world where the rules of the earth do not apply, they were born in a world filled with uncertainty and chaos,"

"Having the ability to use magic has been a huge factor in their lives, for the worst,"

"My dear child, life, no matter where a person comes from, has their own story to share, but one thing is true: opening your mind to gain more knowledge and not being bound to your own beliefs is essential for growth and understanding. "

"Embracing these differences and seeking to learn from others can lead to a more enriched and fulfilling life."

"Remember what our family motto is."

" Adapt, Learn, Overcome, and Survive."

The three headed their conversation, and it was embarrassing to see them themselves run from the lesson concerning the proper etiquette of being a woman. They were born as warriors and adventurers , but they had much to learn about the grace and poise that came with being a lady. While inside the void, they could still see what their master was seeing. As he went back to his seat, they saw how Amelia was conducting herself in front of her husband,

She was confident and elegant, a stark contrast to their own behavior. It was clear they had a long journey ahead of them in mastering the art of femininity. She was a true embodiment of grace and sophistication, making them realize the importance of honing their own feminine qualities. As they observed her interactions with her husband, they understood that becoming a lady was not just about appearance but also about demeanor and behavior.

But gradually, they could also see her firm resolve and assertiveness, showing them that being feminine did not mean being submissive or weak. They realized that true femininity encompassed a balance of grace, elegance, and strength. Even Empress Allatou Estrith gradually changed when she was able to personally see and visit Earth a few months ago. She was still outspoken, but her manners were more refined, like what Amelia was showing. They wanted to know if she was different among the rest of the female populace or if there were more people like her in this world, she moves and acts like a true royalty.

The tree decided to ask Ramiel to let them see Grandma Mao so they could ask forgiveness for acting rudely toward her teachings. The void opened, and they came out while Grandma Mao was sitting next to Ariella drinking tea while Ameia was serving it to her. Siera, Echo, and Delta were looking down and approving her and were truly embarrassed to even look at her, but Grandma Mao welcomed them with a warm smile, reassuring them that forgiveness had already been granted. She reminded them that everyone makes mistakes, and what's important is learning from them and growing. The tree and its companions felt a wave of relief and gratitude wash over them as they apologized sincerely.

" to be a woman, if not acting lower or higher than a man. We are here to support our husband, brother, son, and family. All of the greatest warriors have strong , great , but elegant, and wise womeners that guided them."

Mao continued, "We must stand together as equals, each with our own strengths and abilities to contribute." The tree and its companions nodded in agreement, feeling empowered by Mao's words.

When suddenly a loud siren was heard, it was a warning signal that confirmed a dimensional rift had just manifested in the city. An announcement soon followed:

"Attention to all civilians in the city, please remain in your homes and secure your family members, and you are allowed to bear arms. This is an emergency; a dimensional rift has just been spotted near district 35 "

"All licensees are requested to proceed toward the designated location."

The people quickly gathered their weapons and prepared to defend their homes from whatever threat might emerge from the dimensional rift. They knew they needed to stay united and strong in order to protect themselves and their loved ones.

Ethereals guilds who were managing the location quickly set up defensive barriers and prepared to confront whatever emerged from the dimensional rift. The safety of the district depended on their swift and coordinated response. The treat level was still undetermined as the rift was still closed and the Ethereals main office wasn't able to gauge the energy level.

But something was different with this rift; it was pulsating. Nodody saw this, but Ramiel who was ten miles away from the location, felt it, and it was not something he was happy to sense. The guild named Le Saint was waiting for the official gauge of the Rift,

Their newest recruited member was Nala Jabari, a rank A , she was in the same batch that took the license assessment Ethereal test that Ramiel also took, and she impressed the Le Saint Guild with her exceptional skills during the assessment. Nala was determined to prove herself as a valuable asset and was eager to embark on her first mission with them.

as the team braced themselves for a potentially powerful and unpredictable force that could threaten the entire district if not contained quickly. Their sub captain, who was also a rank A, was making sure not to make mistakes similar to other guilds that underestimated the rift that they were managing. Their training and experience would be put to the test as they faced this, and they might be

The Le Saint Guild wanted to get Lā mǐ'ěr the white haired devil, but nobody got the opportunity to even see him leave the assessment building. Having a silver rank join them would significantly boost their guild name in the world rankings, but sadly, they never got that opportunity, but they were able to obtain Nala Jabari .

Soon, as their guild team was waiting, more news was announced that smaller rifts were seen all over the country. The numbers are growing; all their levels were around 50. The dimensional rift at District 35 was now getting bigger , as at first it was just 3 meters tall and 5 meters wide. As soon as those other rifts surfaced, the rift at the LeLe Saint Guild location grew twice its size.

Online bloggers and news reporters were flocking to the areas where the rift began to appear , capturing footage that was being broadcast on all different platforms. Ever since the orb phenomenon appeared two decades ago, every light post and every cevilian were fully equipped to document any strange occurrences. The sudden increase in rift size at the Le Saint Guild location drew even more attention, causing a frenzy of speculation and theories about whether the cause of these mysterious phenomena was not just a level 50 rift anymore.

Ramiel asked the seven to prepare. Their appearance in Indonesia might have already been forgotten by the rest, but many can and probably still recall them. Exposing them in country X might bring more tension to the area, which is why they need to tone down their powers to what humans can expect and reasonably understand, ensuring they blend in seamlessly without causing unnecessary panic or chaos. Ramiel knew the importance of maintaining a low profile in unfamiliar territories to avoid drawing unwanted attention from those who may not understand their true nature.

Ramiel needs to ensure casualties. Were within the scope of acceptable losses and that their presence did not disrupt the delicate balance of power in country X were zero. Many have died defending their loved ones and the weak . But realizing all his army would fight those rifts that were scattered all over the county would bring more harm, video footage from those two huge events was controlled to prevent public panic and maintain the illusion that everything was under control.

Until the rift finally changed color and released energy from the connecting realm on the other side, the rift was big enough for a level 200 basilisk to enter Earth. The Le Saint Guild team of fifteen was getting ready when something came out. It was an unsightly , disturbing, and ferocious beast. They were all shocked to see this creature described as having the body of a tiger and the face of a female human. I stood five feet tall on all four legs. One Asian member of the guild mentioned it was a Daoshou .

He told his teammate to be cautious around it because it was written that these creatures would always battle to the death. The team quickly devised a plan to try and capture the Daoshou without causing harm. They knew they had to be careful in order to avoid a deadly confrontation with the beast. But even though it had a human head, it still moves and acts like a beast. They were hoping it had some level of intelligence that they could communicate with to avoid a violent encounter. The team cautiously approached the Daoshou, ready to implement their plan and capture it safely.

The Daoshou is a parasitic creature that overtakes the human body through a curse, one that grants powers of speed, endurance, strength, and agility. However, it also makes them lose control because they have an animalistic rage and insatiable hunger.

And it seems this Daoshou wasn't alone; Ramiel was watching at home when he grabbed his jacket and ran outside. He ordered the seven to implement the plan if they deemed it necessary based on the situation. It has been confirmed that five rifts are now fully open, while the rest remain dormant.

Daoshou was still observing the new landscape, it was in an unfamiliar place, but it only took a few seconds before it was able to determine that behind those metal barricades, its prey was surrounding it. It might lack human intelligence, but its instincts were sharp. The creature's long, sharp claws extended as it prepared to defend itself against the encroaching threat.

The Daoshou let out a weird sound; it was a rough purring sound. But it never looked away, and soon more Daoshou came out. Their numbers were growing, many of the Daoshou were already dripping saliva on the floor, their eyes fixed on their prey with an intense hunger.

Nala Jabari was keen on making a mark in her career as a licensed hunter, she was skilled in tracking and eliminating her prey quickly and effectively, her assessment was the highest, up to the point she got eliminated in the assessment test,

Her ego was over her head, knowing she was Rank A. Ambition and pride got the best of her, She stood tall and took in the silent whispers of envy from the other candidates, but everything changed as soon Lā mǐ'ěr the white hair devil destroyed and shattered her ego,

Daoshou creatures were just like the monsters she was facing in the assessment hall, the different monsters were not golems of man made monsters, Killing one will be their guild's greatest achievement because this is the first time this monster has come into this world; capturing one will greatly give them the edge over the other hunting guilds out there .

Ramiel was heading in the direction of the dimensional rift located in District 35. Ramiel used his magical spells to increase his speed and make sure he wasn't seen, knowing that the monsters were highly sensitive to any presence. As he approached the rift, he was standing on top of an old residential building. Most of the residents living in this building were peeking at their secured windows, some were modern bullet proof metal window shutters, others were just thick plywood. Leaving their homes was not an option.,

Stubbornness and resilience are two different qualities that define the residents of this district. The eerie silence that enveloped the area only added to the tension as Ramiel prepared to confront the monsters lurking in the streets. The Le Saint guild team was ready to attack when something came out, which was something Ramiel didn't expect.

It was a Dijiang, a shaggy, four-winged, six-legged, faceless beast he had only seen in a movie about a martial arts superhero. The Daoshou were uninterested in it since it was spooky and scuttling everywhere. This was an ideal present for her sister, who likes fluffy things. Even in Chinese textbooks, Dijiang was amusing and fun.

He wanted it alive, but the Daoshou monster numbers were getting larger, and Dijiang Furball was just having fun running around, when suddenly, it let out a high-pitched squeal that caught the attention of the Daoshou. Ramiel knew he had to act fast to protect the creature from being harmed by the approaching monsters. The hungry Daoshou monster was now annoyed because it reacted toward those who were hinding behind the two stacks of concrete Jersey Barrier that were surrounding the rift with a fifteen meter radius.

This forces the Le Saint Guild to engage the enemy without any idea of their main characteristics or weaknesses. Ramiel quickly assessed the situation, but human ego and pride were certainly unpredictable. All members of the guide just rushed in, head first. The only thing that was fueling their courage was the adrenaline pumping through their veins. As they charged towards the horde of Daoshou monsters,

Ramiel was too far to pinpoint the Dijiang location as it ran away and strangely eluded the stampeding monster on the street. It was a scene that even amazed him , as he had never seen such a display of agility from a creature so weirdly constructed. The Dijiang's ability to evade danger with such grace was truly remarkable.

The fight raged on, and it seems the Le Saint Guild managed to gain the upper hand, but the Daoshou monsters continued to put up a fierce resistance, making it clear that the battle was far from over. The hunt was now being televised through long range cameras set up by the local news station, capturing every moment of the intense confrontation for viewers at home to witness. The citizens watching from their homes held their breath, hoping for a swift resolution to the dangerous situation unfolding in their city. After an hour of grueling and intense battle, they were able to finally subdue the Daoshou monsters, bringing an end to the chaos that had gripped the city. The news station quickly reported on the successful hunt bringing a sense of relief to the citizens who had been anxiously following the situation.

Nala Jabari screamed her battle roar as this was her first successful mission , and seeing so many cameras pointed at them , she knew her popularity and fame would grow as a result of their heroic actions. The citizens of the city cheered and thanked Nala and her team for their bravery in protecting the city from the Daoshou monsters. But with all the cheers for the adoring fans, they forgot one crucial issue:

The rift did not close and was still very active, Ramiel was hundreds of meters up,, watching the events unfold. The Symbiote armor instantly activated and covered his lower face, changing his light colored blue shirt into a dark tactical suit with his insignia at the back of his jacket, His hair became white as snow and his eyes turned gold.

Nala Jabari and two of her teammates were standing with their backs facing the rift outside the concrete barrier when a huge mutated Daoshou rushed out. It had a long, snake like head and was as big as a sedan car. The fear froze Nala as it instantly bit one of her teammates arms off, The Daoshou's sharp teeth dripped with her teammate's blood. Nala quickly snapped out of her shock and grabbed her weapon, ready to defend herself and her remaining teammates. The Daoshou let out a guttural roar, its eyes fixated on its next target.

It turned its attention towards Nala and the other hunter. With a quick reflex, she summoned her ethereal powers and unleashed a powerful blast towards the creature, determined to avenge her fallen comrades. But it was too weak to even penetrate the monster's fur.

As the mutated monster finally emerged from the rift, some soon followed it behind them, walking upright and humanoid looking, their eyes glowing with an otherworldly light. Nala was about to be gutted in half and just closed her eyes and accepted her fate when some came crash down on its head and crushed it into the ground. Opening her eyes, Nala saw a familiar person.

The white-haired, masked devil easily killed the mutated monster by just using the impact of his fall..
